I've been busted a total of 3 times. That's right, 2 times the cops let me go and never took anything just told me to be careful. The one I got busted for real went like this. Me and two of my buds (let's call them M and L). M and myself had just gotten off a very long double shift and we had been trying to score some herb all day. Now M hasn't smoked since 4/20 (this was in early August) cos he got busted by his parents and they gave him a drug test every other day. M finally regained their trust and they stopped. So me n M get off of work and head over to L's to see if he can get us some cos we had no luck. L happened to know a dealer who just moved in the apartment next to him (funny, a cop lived in the apartment right across the hall from the dealer) and so we all go to the dealers and he hooks us up with the best deal i've ever gotten for 25 bucks. Killer bud and ALOT of it! So L, M and me all go back to my apartment but we needed cigs and blunts so we went out (it was midnight) to the gas-stations. M get the bright idea that we need to get drunk too so he gets L to buy us some beer but the station wouldn't sell it after 1130 so then I said man we got plenty of herb, a few blunts and some bowls and we'll be good. M is set on getting beer too. So we drove to a few other gas stations and they all did the same thing. So the last one we go to M parks his car in the back and L goes in to buy beer (he was the only one of age) and then a cop car pulls in and parks so that he is facing the right side of the car. M starts freaking out and I tell him to just chill out and wait for L to get back and we're good. But he goes and says man I think pulling around front would be a good idea, I tell him to just sit tight and act normal but he couldn't handle the cop being there so he pulls the car around front. the cop is now suspicious and definatley watching us very closeley. L comes outside and looks for the car and then goes back in, he then walks out the otherside and sees us so he comes to the car, but then M gets out and goes inside to get gum. L turns around and tells me whats up and then I see the car fill up with lights and L says hide your **** that cop just pulled behind us. So I tried to put my weed and bowl in my shoe but couldn't because the cop was walking up so I put the weed under the seat and stuffed my bowl back into my pocket and then the cop comes up and asks us what we're up to and how old we are. He then asks for our IDs and tells us to get out of the car. He tells me and L to put our hands on the hood and he searches us and finds my bowl and a pack of cigs. M comes back out and he asks him what's going on and the cop says can I search your car? M says yes and by this time there are 5 patrol cars surrounding us with at least 8 cops watching us and searching the car. They find my weed and arrest M for DUI (but later they gave him a drug test and he showed up clean so they let him go) and arrest me and let L go. I had to go to juvi for 9 weeks, community service, drug classes, and a group rehab/therapy type of thing. It sucked.

I've been caught before, and I lost a pipe and some weed... but I wasn't arrested and the cop didn't even get my name.

I have beeb busted with drugs once. The cop was cool though, he searched me, pulled out my 1/4 (or was it an 1/8? The lowest I buy is 1/8 and I think the size keeps getting bigger every time I tell this story) He turned me around handed me the sack and told me to empty it on the dirt. I did . He then made me step on it and basically chrun it up in the dirt till it none of it was recoverable. At least he didnt arrest me, he seemed like he was haveing a hard day, probably didnt want to do paperwork.

if youve got a small bag of weed and you need to hide it fast, chuck it down yer pants sounds gross but hey its in a sealed bag...you can always sterilise it later. a cops not gonna pat your nutsack so youll be pretty safe unless he has a dog. (in which case youll have to take off your pants or something lol)

its saved my friend from losing his weed a few times....i dunno if they are likey to have sniffer dogs with them in the US...that whole country seems like a police lockdown sometimes

but if theres no dogs its all good

A cop will definitely pat your balls. In my run-ins with cops thats one of the key areas they search.

Agreed, a cop will man-handle you pretty good in a full-on search.

Well about 2 weeks ago i got arrested and charged. I was in the basement of my friends house which was under renovation at the time. There were about 13 of us there all with weed andd ready to blaze hard. Next thing we know theres a cop in the basement at the door of the room we were in. He sees a joint in someones hand and asks everyone to hand over what they have to avoid charges. Thinking that was my only way out i hand him my ounce and everyone else hands him there ****. Next thing he has us all up against the wall and being searched and ****. After like an hour of that 4 of the 13 of us get arrested and charged with possesion with the intent to traffic and i get the added charge of possesion of an illegal weapon. Fun day all around.

I've been caught (with a pipe, rolling papers, and ~1.5 grams) they didn't really care and let me keep it all but gave me a harsh warning.

A security guard at the mall caught me and my buds smoking up behind a dumpster and tried to "citizen arrest" us. haha We just kept the pipe going and by the time the cops came it was all gone and he had no proof, we did a ticket for trespassing, tho. I haven't paid it yet (got it about1 year ago) The cops here (and RCMP in the suburbs) are very liberal towards MJ, they care more about under age drinking than weed smoking. Which is the way it should be, drinking sucks.
