well for one, im back, i took a break from the site and now im coming back... not that anyone cares, but hey.

Technically i got caught 3 times... i started getting really clumsy lately, now im all good!

1st time i got caught by my neighbor, im friends with her and her mom, but it was strange when her mom was driving us back home and her mom was like talking about this guy that she hates and hes out to get her fired from her job then she's like "kyle, you smoke weed, did you ever buy from him?" my neighbor and i were like "holy shit"

2nd time i was smoking with my best bud matt, and we were down by a log cabin we made, its half finished , and we were smoking out of my bowl "bigfoot" and we were making a fire inside the cabin, and then we got hit by the high and it was the funniest story ever, then we heard a bell (his parents use it to call matt back to the house, hes got alot of land) so we go back and i having long hair, was using it to covor my eyes, or atleast shade them. but his parents saw matt's and mine alittle. and so now im not allowed to see matt, but i still smoke with him like every weekend.

3rd time was the worst, because my neighbor doesnt care if i do, and matt's parents cant do anything about me. so, i was on the computer and then i got the biggest urge to smoke, so i go into my brother's room and take some weed (its our stash, im not stealing) and i grab "big foot" and ask my cousin "wheres mom?"
"gone"
"where?"
"i dunno"
so i go down into the basement and turn on the vents that lead outside for the smoke. and i smoke the whole bowl, as im taking the last hit, i hear a noise to my left and i look and its my mom in the doorway and shes like
"whats this?...."
i say nothing
"smoking pot?..."
i just look at her blankly
"no.... no... DO YOU THINK THIS IS GONNA SOLVE THE PROBLEM?!"
my mom thought i was severely depressed all weekend
i said "for a few hours..."
"give it to me"
my heart cried that day, i had to give my mom my only lighter and bowl... i told her i stopped and that i was just acting out of stupidity trying to get my head off the ground from depression.. when really i was just trying to get high... oh well, i havent lost anything, i found the light and the bowl, and i still use it... just not as often... haha

Hey guys! Long time since I been on here but I'm back now.



So me and my buddy are going back up to the other campus of our school from woods class, which is about a 5 minute drive and the perfect opportunity to toke up before the rest of the day. So we light up the bowl and pull into the school parking lot and then go inside. I'm in band at this point, joking around with my friends, and I notice that the school counsellor is watching me, but I didn't pay any attention to it. Later on, I get called down to the office and when I get in to see the principal, she asks me if I've been using any mind altering chemicals today. I said no, and when she asked about my red eyes, I said I had just come from woods and gotten saw dust in them from cutting plywood (which is true). They then proceeded to search every pocket on my shorts and backpack and find nothing but a seed from someone elses nug in my backpack that he never cleaned out, which I said was from some flowers I had picked for my girlfriend, then stashed in my backback. She asks me if I would submit to a drug test, which I said I would, figuring that if I flished myself out, I'd be okay. She then proceeds to send me into a room with the counsellor all day and finally, the school superintendent comes into the room, asks me again if I was high, then leaves and calls my mom. The kid I was with was being questioned while I was in the room, had his car searched, and then his parents came and took him home. I get brought down back to the office where my mom is waiting and the principal says that since I smelled like smoke (or so one of the stupid freshmen at my school said) I was beinx expelled, and I had admitted to smoking a cigarette on the way up to the school, which wasn't on campus, so i didn't think it was that big of a deal. Apparently, I signed some papers (which I didn't) that said any use of any chemicals was prohibited blah blah blah and the principal said that even if I had only smoked the cig, they would have kicked me out anyway. I had to switch schools and now I'm in treatment (but I get out on 4/17, how convenient ) all because we forgot to use axe. Take advice from experiences people and DON'T smoke before school. It's fun, but it's not worth it. Also, for the record, there were no legal consequences and thank god my probation ended the day before I got kicked out of schoool.

Yeah you're telling me. I didn't have it too bad though because wonce in passed the first test (after taking some niacin because I wasn't counting on being on probation) they sent me off to low supervision so I never got tested. I still didn't smoke very often though just cause I was always paranoid about getting caught when I did. I guess my point here is that I know that there are people on here who are not 18 yet that are oing to smoke pot and there's nothing I can do, but I was one of those people who thought I'd never get into serious trouble and I did. Be careful guys!

I'm not sure whether I should fight this ticket or not. Heres my story.

It was New Years Day 2007. I didn't even party the night before due to the fact that I am low on funds and only had about 40 bucks to my name. Woke up around 10 or so and was chillin at home wishing I had something to smoke on. I finally convinved myself I could survive on 20 bucks til payday so I call up my connect and head over there. Got to the house and chilled for a minute but i didn't smoke because I wanted to save my buds for when i got home. Get faded and play some 360, that sort of thing. I leave his house and proceed home. As I make a right hand turn onto a main street from a side street, I see a county sheriff making a left hand turn in front of me. I made the turn a bit wide but didn't thing anything of it and went on my way. The cop busted a bitch and pulled me over.

He goes on to say that I made that turn wide and he was worried that I was drunk from the night before. I explained that I wasn't and was on my way home to watch the game. He ran my liscence then came back and asked if I had anything illegal on me or in my car. I said no i don't. He then told me, ok I am going to search you real quick then you can be on your way. I wanted to protest but i know these sheriffs, they would have called K9 and it would have been a big thing. He finds the gram in my jacket pocket and i give a bullshit story about how i forgot it was in there and what not. He has me take off my shoes then sit in the back of his cruiser. Then he asks if its ok to search my car. Knowing that I had nothing left in there i said go ahead. He finds nothing and then writes up my ticket. The ticket has Misdemeanor circled and also said my left tail light was out. So I have to appear before the judge tomorrow.

My question to you guys and gals out there. Should I fight it or should I just pay the fine and go on with my life? I don't know what the probable cause was to search me. Maybe it was the way i said "no i don't have anything illegal" i dont know. But that cop really ruined my New Years. I drove around for hours afterward pissed off and trying to find people to front me since I just got jacked by the cops.

today i was at schooland i was baked outta my mind and fucking i was smoking a bowl and a fucking cop pulled over snd said let me see that so i said fuck that and i chucked my pipe at his car and ran into my school and went to the princapals office and i said that this cop wanted to try some of my weed and they expelled me lol i was so baked

Two of my friends and I were toking up in the back of some big parking lot when, towards the end of the session, a cop car pulls in and is driving directly at us. We all start to freak out and I tell them to duck down. The cop pulls on the other side of this snow bank so we can't see him. I tell my friend to take everything and put it in the trunk in case we get pulled over. We spray some axe and after about 2 minutes I start the car and pull out of the lot. As soon as I start to make the turn out of the parking lot I see the cop start up his car and start to follow us. We had just done about 3 huge bowls so we were completely freaking out by this point. I then procede to drive all over my town while he is right up my ass. Finally I turn left and he goes right! We were so happy he didnt pull us over but we were really freaked out lol. I couldn't figure out why he would come to the parking lot, follow us around for about 5 miles and then not pull us over. I thought maybe he didn't have a just cause to pull me over but after hearing some of the stories on this board, it doesn't sound like they do in most cases.
