365 days ago was the beginning of hell for me. Today is my caught aniversary. Which is also the day before my birthday.
The day started off of chillin around at my friends house lightin off firecrackers and shit. We then decided we wanted to go to my house. They wanted to bring dank and their bong and i was a little skeptical. But we ended up bringing it anyway. Later that night we went off to light fireworks. When we came back we went to go sleep on my trampoline. My friend didnt wanna have the dank in my room so he put it in my backpack. While we were laying out there we packed a bowl so we could just relax. The stars and shit looked amazing and we looked at the sky in a whole new way. We looked at it as a giant dome rather than a flat sky. (Next time your blazed look directly up and youll hella notice this, probably youd notice it without weed.) Then we put the shit back in my backpack.
At 2 AM it was freezing outside and half awake we trudged inside and went up stairs. Later that morning my one friend had left and me and my other friend were just playin video games. Then my mom came down and told us the dog had gotten out and she was gonna go out back to see how he could have escaped.
I didnt pay much attention to her and just kept playing. It was when I saw her going back and forth through our pathway I had realized something and yelled "SHIT! THE BACKPACK""
It was still outside. I went out into our garage and right when i opened the door there was my mom. She had the bong and the dank (in the bag it was in) in her hands. "We need to have a talk about Marijuana"
God that sucked. Then i threw a whole buncha lies like it was my first time but after a couple days of investigating she found out everything and she and my dad were hellla pissed. My computer was taken away, I wasnt aloud to go anywhere, and i wasn't ever allowed to be with my friends again.
A month of summer remained which included staying at home all day long bored as hell. A single cough provoked the question "Why did you cough? Are You smoking?"
To this day I am still not technically allowed to hang with my friends, but I have a few times.

Smoking has never really been the same since. The parranoya level is 100 times more intense.


Oh yeah and i wrote this on August 3rd but the site was busy so im posting it 10 hours later

Wow interesting reading all these stories. Im guessing that allot of people here are from the US.

Now i live in canada and bongs and pipes are legal. Now i have not been caught with it however i have come very close allot. mainly because i pretty much take my weed with me when i go out with my friends because we just plain smoke up wherever we are.

Anyhow about amonth ago. Me and my friend were hanging in a park smoking a pipe and lighting off fireworks. well about a half hour later we see a car driving up, which in a park only means one thing. A Cop!

Shit, what to do now. well obviously we wre freaking out. so my buddy being an idiot decides to run. the cop chases him in his car and tells him to stop. meanwhile im standing there and he drives right by me. i walk over to my buddy and the cops askin him the usual questions.

Now i have at least a quarter ounce on me in my pocket so im standing there like fuck. he is definately gonna search us now. Now my friend had a backpack on. no drugs in it or anything but a few fireworks. Im of legal age so we coudlnt get any charges from that but i am pretty shure that him being distracted with searching the backpack is the only thing that kept him from searching us.

Turns out he was there on a call of poeple using fireworks innapropriately. (Not us) and were just lucky as shit.

Now i havent had any offences before and neither has my friend so im sure if we did get caught i could have pulled up some excuse to get out of it and would have probably gotten off with confiscation.


But it could have been worse.

Pipes aren't illegal, it's only illegal if weed's been smoked out of it and it has pipe resin in it.

I was sitting on my balcony last night, and I had the music on loud in my room to keep the bubbling noise to a minimum. My brother's door leads out onto the balcony also.
He was in playing xbox so i thought i'd be ok.
He must have knocked on my door but i couldnt hear him because i was outside and the music was up.
So im sitting there bubbling away and i hear his door open.
I was like Shit!!! So i quickly opened my door and ran in with my bong before he opened his door.
He was like : Tim, stop smoking marijuana and give me my xbox control.
I was like err I'm looking at porn go away hahahaha
I denied it but he said he could smell it.
I don't know how he knows the smell of it though, since he never leaves the house.
But it doesnt smell like tobacco so i guess there's not much else it could be.

Bah.. I hope he doesn't tell dad! I'll get kicked out!

It finally happened for real on July 12th, 2007. Im 18, been smoking since i was 12. Daily for 4 years, and a pound every 2 weeks for 2 years(almost as much as marley heheh). Also, had 2 previous encounters with cops who just confiscated the shit. but on july 12th i was at a friends house smokin up all my weed and his. my mistake was saving a gram to smoke a cigarello at home before i re-upped later. well i left his house and hopped in my car and was fixin to leave when 2 detectives pulled up. they came to my window and said they are investigating a murder.... thats another story. i said i dont live here i was just visiting a friend. after this one detective saw my baggie cuz i laid it in an obvious spot and had no time to do shit about it. he told me to step out and then he searched me and took my weed. then he took my ID and told me to follow him to the station and that i wasnt under arrest. when we got to the station he tried to get me to release info on the murder but i didnt cuz it wasnt my business which really pissed him off. so he wrote up the report and told me to go to court on July 31st.... skip a few weeks and im in court facing the meanest judge possible. she suspended my license for 6 months, made me take a piss test with i bombed, and said come back on august 29th for my conviction. SOOOO on the 29th im gonna go there and prolly recieve probation on top of the license suspension and prolly community service and a buncha bullshit.... thats my story of why i have to quit weed now..........

see my caught story is a lil bit weird, cuz im not really sure if my dad knows i smoke or not... lemme explain.

so i had been smoking for like half a year and had been good and smart bout not getting caught by spraying axe, using visine, and trying not to have any direct conversations or contact with my dad while i was high. well my brother, who used to smoke 2 gs or so a day, drink every weekend, and do hardcore drugs like coke and such, decided to tell my dad bout me smoking for whatever reason, i dont know. this really pissed me off because i had covered for him so many time when he was high or drunk by saying he was at a movie or spraying him with axe or whatever.

well from there, while i was out, my dad decided to search my room and found some baggies and a bowl. then he confronted me about it and i said i was selling the bowl and that i had smoked during the summer and didnt like it and had stopped for school. which he believed, but still made me take a piss test, which some how i passed.

today im trying to be a lil safer. im stopping for the last half of summer in case he chooses to drug test me again to check if i had done it again over summer. if i pass a 2nd drug test i think hell lay off and ill be more free. whats good to know is that he never caught me high, so he doesnt know how i act or wht to look for.

Well not me really, my friend was smoking in his closet (which i told him was a bad idea) and his mom came home and walked in on him. Well she decides to call my om because we are freinds and gets me tested. It came out positive ( i almost passed, only 12 mg, cutoff was 3) and today me and my parents talked about it. The funny thing was how little they both knew about the actual drug, and they are psycotherepists. Im kinda mad bcuz it wasnt really me who got caught, i just tested positive. Anyway my mom is open to the idea of looking at why i think pot isnt bad, so im looking for some good info on proving it. If you guys have anything please post.
