Haha, well, here's one caught story that I shall not forget:

I was home, parents gone, and I thought I'd just have a little smoke with a new eighth that I got of Blueberry, and I wasn't really worried, because all there was besides me was my dog and sister, who was sick in bed. Not much to worry about, right? Wrong.

As soon as I start up the fire, and I take my first inhale, my sister opens the door, and before I could hide it, she sees the pipe, and the room smelled of smoke anyways (with Cannabis smells too). It pissed me off that she would just barge into my room like that, but it was her first time, and I had to convince her to calm down and paid her $20 to keep her mouth shut haha. My stupidest mistake, ever.

Since then, I've been smoking outside or just in isolated place where nobody else is, except for my homies of course

I was caught on Wednesday. I think my mom had already figured I smoked. I was with my friend and we decided to smoke in the park (it was dark so we weren't allowed in the park). We smoked in the back of the park and walked over to the front of the park to get some water when we saw two cop cars. My friend told me to stash wjhat was left of the weed (I was still hoping that the cops and I forgot to stash the chillum (which wasn't mine, my friend had my pipe and I had his crappy chillum)). The cops drove up and one thought we were on meth. He asked if I had anything I wasn't supposed to have and I told him about the chillum (they told us that our eyes were red and we smelled like pot). He asked where the weed was and I told him it was still in the bowl. He made us call our parents and told us to have them pick us up.
My mom wasn't really mad at me, just told me that I should stop because it's illegal. I wasn't going to be in trouble until my mom and my sister talked about it and now I have to be home at 6 until next year.
Then the next morning I went to go get the weed and saw the chillum still standing in the same place the cops put it. The cops just forgot the chillum.

You're just lucky you weren't peeing on a fence somewhere.

Best word of advice I can give anyone is, if the cops come a'knockin' at your door, don't answer it. Ever. Get a cheap X-10 camera and mount it hidden in some greenery above your front door. Once you have a camera or two, you'll never be without one again.

Default Guerrillas in a Fix

The eagles free-wheeled ominously high overhead on the thermals that warm autumn day like a portent of things to come. After pulling out some of the finest pot I had ever grown, we hauled the dingy ashore at our landing spot and were arrested for cultivation in the wilderness. And my world came crashing down around me.

The RCMP colors flickered through the tree stand. The Jimmy with the darkened windows crept down our spur road and came into full view. Aware of their presence, my partner and I collapsed our boat and loaded it into his truck, a nervous diversion at this point. I was struck by how surreal and unnatural the whole scene seemed, as another cruiser came into this placid, natural setting that, until now, had never evoked feelings of anxiety.
It was a cool location: no foot access; a raging river to contend with before reaching the patch after a "float," and an inconspicuous landing spot down river that required a rendezvous vehicle. But apparently not quite cool enough.

My heart picked up tempo as I processed what this meant. I glanced at the hatchback of my car, hoping the wet, stinking booty was properly concealed. RCMP officers jumped from each unit with their hands clutching their holsters. My buddy and I stopped trying to wrestle the folded dinghy into the back of his truck. He gave me a look that said, "Here we go again." (He had a rap sheet as long as the Confederation Bridge but was trying to make go of it in construction, only there for the day to help me.)
One of the officers shouted, "Stop or I'll draw on you!" We put our hands in the air, like rustlers in some corny spaghetti western, only to learn later these were rookies looking to make brownie points busting villainous growers. In those days, the mid-nineties, bagging growers was a spectator sport for BC cops.

I learned many months later in court that what then ensued was a twenty-minute illegal search and seizure, including a systematic search of our vehicles while our hands were cuffed behind our backs. They opened my hatchback last and found the duffel bag of wet weight buried under some clothing. It was harrowing - standing there, knowing what was to come. The cop smelled it before he actually found it, and held it up with a frown. "You're under arrest for the cultivation of marijuana," he said without looking at us, as he unzipped the duffel bag and the colas popped out.

They put us into separate vehicles a few meters apart with the back doors open. My partner sat in the back of the Jimmy, the two officers talking to him. I looked around, smelling the fresh autumn air, and again was struck by the notion that I was here in the most natural of settings under the most unnatural of situations, my wrists handcuffed behind me. I was being arrested. How could this happen?

The cops ended their interrogation of my partner and one approached me. He tried to convince me that my partner had just rolled on me, so it would be smart for me to implicate him. I didn't buy it, of course.
Eventually they threw him into the back with me. He winced as he landed, his handcuffs wedging his wrists behind him on the seat. "Know any good lawyers?" I asked. "Yeah, Phil Seagram."

They drove us down the Squamish logging road. The tow truck coming to confiscate our vehicles blasted past us in the opposite direction, sending up a large dust plume.

A one-year legal ordeal followed, which ended in a dismissal for illegal search and seizure. My record remained clean.
Throughout my entire growing tenure, I was never threatened again.

Wow, way to dodge a bullet on that one. I think its great how cops can find large bags of weed but the case just get dropped because they did something wrong. Hopefully you get just as lucky next time

Let me just say one thing. You are pretty dumb.(mod note-you know what they say about those who live in glass houses, right? Calling people "dumb" doesn't exactly scream intelligence, since flaming is a violation of the posting guidelines) The number one rule with weed is when you see cops dump everything illegal you have on you right away and hope they dont see it. If they find it they wont charge you any differently. No weed or paraphernalia =no possession charge. The charge for being high in a park after hours are going to be alot less than actual possession. You are just lucky you got nice cops

I told a friend of mine who I thought I could trust that a teacher may have Narc'd me out, just to vent, right? Turns out they live in the same building, so I ask if she could maybe subtly slide it in to that teacher and ask if the teacher smelled me. Her version of "Subtly putting it in there" was asking "HEY, DID PHIL SMELL LIKE POT ON FRIDAY!?!" so now i'm suspended for 11 days.
