I'm sorry to hear you feel that bad. I don't wnat to sound like I'm lecturing, but you really shouldn't make a habit out of either of those things. They are both addictive, I believe in some ways phisically, and while they will make you feel better momentarily, they are horrible things to rely on to fell better. The one time I did get caught, the cop didn't care, and he was quite a nice guy too. I only had a few grams, and he let me keep it.

I also asked another police officer at a school function years back on the specifics of possession. He told me most officers won't bring up charges for less than an ounce, as long as it's in a single bag, not divided. If it's divided, or a scale is found, trafficking is definitely a possible risk.

That's just in my area, so I wouldn't recommend flaunting it anywhere else. They're usually pretty lax on pot.

I just had a GREAT encounter with the PO's on sunday! (well, great cause they didn't arrest me!)
Every Cinco de Mayo there is pretty much a riot where I live. This year was no exception. I live on a busy street where a gang war just kinda popped up. A cop came up to my door, and looked in... let me paint the scene first - I was partying. Probably hundreds of beer bottles everywhere, pipes, bongs and containers of weed scattered on the table. Cop looks in, "Ok, I don't care at all what you guys are doing here. I just want to know if you saw anything down there" referring to the riot.
I hadn't been able to make out any details, so I sent him on his way, but I just thought his attitude twards my "party supplies" was just perfect. It was how public servants should be.

One time me and my friend were cruising around in my friends car and we got pulled over. I hide my tin with four onces of crystal method under the seat. Well the cop found it and asked us which one of us it was. Not wanting to get my friend iin **** i told him it was me.

He takes me back to his cruiser and asks me if i know what free trade is. I'm like "Yes sir" and he says good. So i get a seatbelt ticket and he gets my dope. seems like a good trade.

Last night was probly one of the funniest nights of my life.

Ok it started with me, my step family, (3 bros and 1 sis.), and my step sisters BF. We are all playing scatergories (sp) and everythings going fine, everyones drinking but me, cause I have to work early tomorrow, and I dont usually drink anyways. My oldest step bro is getting absolutely sh!t faced on malibu, while everyone else is moderately sober.

so the night goes on,and I announce after this last round Im gonna hit the sack. Well my step bro Frank decides to go outside and smoke a cig. so while I head upstairs he takes my jacket and steps outside (but i am unaware of this). So about 10 minutes pass and im laying In bed and he comes in and pokes me.

Frank-"hey man!"
F-"hey man!!"
Me-"huh what?"
F-" You should probly hide your jacket"
M-"huh? what are u talking about?"
F-"I found whats in your pocket."
M-*gulp* (i just remember my glass pipe is in my pocket )
(me pretending not to know whats goin on, half asleep)
M-"uhhh wha?"
F-"I found whats in your coat pocket, but dont worry about it"
M-"oh, Ok,"
F-"dont worry about it though, I wont tell anyone"
M-"alright thanks man"
F-"ya no problem, just dont let your dad or my mom find it."
M-"alright thanks man, good night"
F-"yup goodnight"

See frank USED to smoke weed, or at least I thought he used to, he always said He quit.

About 10 minutes later My oldest step bro hurls all over his room, and frank comes through my room to help his bro, and on the way out he tells me not to worry about it, "I still do it all the time"

Now im sittin here in bed trying to peice all this together, he still does smoke, but tells his family he quit, Ok makes sense, at least he isnt gonna bust me.

But Im still a little upset that he found it, just because I prefer that none of my step family knows I smoke, But I guess its ok that he knows.

Damn what an absurd night that was....

That's pretty cool, man. Good thing u didn't get in trouble either...maybe (if he's cool w/it) u could approach him sometime and ask if he wants 2 have a smoke. I really dunno wut he's like tho, so it's completely up 2 u

I'm glad you didn't get in trouble as well. I had a girlfreind that slept with her pipe next to her alarm clock so she would remember to put it in her car every morning before school. One morning she forgot her pipe, and took off before the alarm clock went off. I'm sure you people can figure out what happened next, when her mom couldn't stand the noisy alarm clock.

That dosn't have anything to do with this topic, I just felt like sharing it with you, kinda reminded me of that.

you're lucky. i wish one of my brothers smoked. my older brother smokes cigarettes like a muh****ah but refuses to try weed. some people just don't know what they're missing out on!
