I was sitting in Forest Park in Queens on the steps of a play school to protect me from the rain. The cops crept up around the other side and got me red handed. I had 2 dubs and 2 dimes on me. luckily the cops was like

"oh so you got 4 dime baggies ay!!?" so i was like yup 4 dime baggies. I spent the night in central bookings with a bunch of crackheads (im 16 and they put me in the wrong cell) and the next day they brought me to see the judge and I got a slap on the wrist, i just have to stay out of trouble for a year

Well the only time I've been stopped was when a cop talked to me about biking on the park late at night, and when I reached into my pocket to get my ID (they requested it) the saw my shit in my pocket (well the bowl and whatnot) so I just confessed to having it and they let me off with a warning. They told me to put the pot in the sewer, I did. Then my friend comes over and we look in the sewer, and its at the most two feet deep. We make a contraption where an unraveled coathanger has some old duct tape at the end - we get both bags (apx .75 grams total, however they were jack herer and sour diesel so its worth it).

The lesson: It is always possible to beat the cops.

Just a few words of advice for teenagers who've been caught/don't want to be (I've never been caught ):

1. Be paranoid. If you don't want to be caught, just be really really paranoid. Don't smoke too frequently, because the more you smoke, the more likely you are to be caught. Wash your hands with soap and brush your teeth with toothpaste to get rid of the smell. When you're smoking, open a window and blow the smoke outside, then chuck all of your waste out the window as well. Hide your stash and paraphernalia well. I used to wrap mine in glad-wrap then bury it in the garden... That's how paranoid I was!

2. If you do get caught, and your parents are the kind that will freak out if you tell the truth, lie and say that it isn't yours. Tell your parents that you're keeping/hiding it for a friend. It's a bit of a long shot, but it's the best lie I've heard of.

I got caught right around when I first started smoking way back in 10th grade. It was easter and my grandparents were over, now I just started smoking mind you so I was a fiend, I just wanted to be blazed all the time, so I head into my bathroom and lock the door and sit on the shitter sparkin up a jay, well needless to say the smell lingered and about 30 min later after the old folks left I hear my mom say to my sister, I smell pot (my sister was a huge druggie pot being her original forte) and she denies it to the fullest, so she comes in my room and says we need to talk, I go to the kitchen table and my mom and dad are sittin there and my mom says bring me all that you have, so i figure well fuck it im caught now so i hand over the ounce my buddy who just graduated GAVE me as a intorduction present and the bowl i bought from him and the 2 joints i had rolled all in a gallon ziplock bag and my dad laughs asking how i got that much, I just told him friends and my mom gets pissed because hes laughing and tells me she dosent want the shit in her house and its bad for you blah blah, so she gives all the shit to my dad and he told me he would give me my bowl back when I turned 18, it was a good experience and we all joke about it now because just about every dude in our family is a stoner

I've been smoking for about 6 months now and everything has been going great untill yesterday. I was in the truck with my brother and he confronted me and told me he knew so he told my mom and holy shit I don't know what's going to happen. My dad smokes weed and he always has so I think their going to be easy on me but who knows! Anyone else been in the same situation before???

R.I.P Your Brother. Just kidding That is horrible that he would snitch on you like that. Whether younger or older, a sibling should never rat out their own kin or anyone for that matter. My brother is 14 and knows I smoke. He can't wait until the day I let him blaze with me.
