Then he made us get out of the car and put our hands on the hood. Then he kept questioning me about where I got the bud and how much I had left. I told him that all I had was what was in the bowl, and that was the truth.

By this time, I experienced a major buzzkill. Even though we smoked a J of fire-ass mids, I was back to normal ... scared as shít. While we were standing there, the guy told us who he was. He was an off-duty cop (who wasn't in uniform) who happened to be walking by when we were smoking. How shítty is that? So anyway, he asked where we live. I told him. He asked if we live with our parents. I said "Yes, we live with our dad." Then he walked with us to our apartment and made us wake my dad up. It was about midnight at the time.

My dad comes out, and I could tell he was furious. Rightfully so. Just three days before, my brother had been driving that same car and was stopped by a cop. Two of his friends were arrested for possession. He was let off. The next day, he promised my dad that he wouldn't smoke ever again. And now here he is talking to another cop regarding weed. The cop explained to my dad that he was going to let this one slide, even though the state of Florida just issued a "no tolerance" policy regarding drugs. So we didn't have to go to jail over it.

So then, he made me go back to the lake behind our apartment and throw the weed in there. Then he took the bowl and wrote up a report for the apartment complex. (He said he didn't want to because my brother and I were so cooperative and didn't lie to him ... but he had to write a report.) The report is going to be given to the office at our apartment complex, and we may be evicted because of it.

God, this pisses me off. I'm so glad we didn't get arrested, but still we're in so much shít now because of it. Needless to say, my dad is pissed beyond all hell and we may be getting evicted over a damn bowl. The War on Drugs is just plain ridiculous in this case. It's just a damn plant, people.

so that was 7 years ago...how did life turn out after that??

In the four years I've been toking I only had a problem with the cops once and I got off amazingly. A bunch of friends and I went to go pick up an Oz at these apartments and when my friend went in to get it the cops rolled on us and pulled the other four of us out of the car and patted us down and shit for being in a "known drug area", my friend left the Oz in the apartments and came out and was of course patted down, we got the Oz later that night no harm no foul.

so i finally got caught by the pigs. im chillen with my friends, axon, dj, and stucky, we drive by where there has just been a fire. and for some reasons the cops think we look suspicous, they pull us over. axon's driving, and they imedietly get him outta the car. im sitting in the passenger seat, with the bud, in my pocket. thinking, just act calm, they'll let us go they have no right to search and shit. they get me outta the car and then dj. me and dj are standing there, acting calm, stucky's in the car. asshole is shaking. cops get him out and pat him down, and then they go down the line, and they get to me, they find less than an 8th, a roach, and a illegal knife. they give me a paper for court, i got charged with just the possession, and they let me go. somehow they forgot about the roach and i ended up with that. the bud wasnt mine, it was dj's and stucky's i took the rap for all of them, left, went and bought a 60 bag of headies, and smoked l's til i slept.

live and learn, i dont need to. im the chill guy in the group, ill smoke newhere and with neone. ill be a little more careful now, but fuck it, ill still roll up in the dunkin dounts parking lot, and spark it in the drive thru.

Me and a bunch of friends were smoking inside at a friends house (stupid I know). My friends parents have never cared about it before. They have seen us smoking many of times and never said anything to us about it. So we are smoking and there is a big knock on the door down stairs. My friend answers it and its her dad. He comes up stairs cussing and yelling at all of us telling us to get the fuck out of his house and if we ever come back he will call the cops to have us arrested. to say the least, we all high-tailed it out of there. her parents got over everything and we have been back over there many of times and smoked out. her dad must of just been pmsing

i did basically the same thing, but like i didn't get purposly caught. I just laid everything out there with my mom and she said just to be careful and keep it around the yard and out of the house(AC unit makes the house stink!)

Well, i didn't get caught smoking but...

It turns out a friend of mine hid about 7 home made bongs, in my suitcase, in my room.
My mom went to get a suitcase (They're all in my room) and she said she smelled weed. She found the homemade bongs that my friend put there, and she talked to me like... "I don't want you to do drugs, they're illegal, and if you must try drugs, try them in collage. I did." She also thinks pot is addicting -.- when will parents learn?

I didn't get grounded, and she didn't even take the homemade bongs ??? So yeah, thats how that happened.

So I'm a bit confused. I kinda got caught, yet not.

Like...I hid my stuff with my tiny bowl, a pack of cigarettes, and a creme brule torch (I didn't have a lighter). The shit was visible, if you went out to the balcony, where I had it.

So when I get home from band practice, I find the pack of cigarettes and the torch sitting there, I'm like...fuck..I'm screwed.

3 hours later and I still have to hear 1 word about weed. Everyone sounded 100% normal.

My ziploc back was kinda empty, it cud be confused with dirt, but the BOWL!!

Anyways, maybe a friend of yours borrowed it for the time being? If your parents dont know you smoke cigs then they wouldve taken those... or somebody stole your weed and pipe. Which would suck balls
