That really blows. Sometimes you can get yourself out of a jam by nabbing the cops on not following procedure. Maybe the fact that he illegally searched your trunk (if it is illegal, I don't know the law) will be able to cancel out the weed stuff. That's what happened to my mom's sister. She got killed in a drunk driving accident when she was in the passenger's seat and her drunk friend was driving. Since they didn't let her chose her own person to do the alcohol testing, the evidence that she was drunk went out the window, and the case was dropped. That was a time when the malprocedure really sucked, but it could maybe work to his advantage this time. I don't really know...

Getting the evidence dropped is really, really hard. The cop can and will lie if there wasn't probable cause, and if there was...he doesn't have to lie.

It's suspicious that you and your friend were in a parking lot of an abadoned construction site. I doubt that the charges will get dropped, I think there is probable cause. Sorry man, if your friend isn't 17 than he won't get into to much **** though.

I gave my friend $40 bucks to get me 2 dubs/grams of chronic on 4-19 monday and he said he would have it by 4-20 in first period or school. He didn't show up on 420 so I bought it from some other kid. Today I saw him and he told me that one of the school security caught him with the 2 grams and that he was suspended for 2 days.

I don't know if he's telling the truth or not because if he was caught then what was he doing still in school? He asked me if I wanted the money or some weed and I told him either one is fine and he said he'd get me the weed by monday or this week. I don't know why but I'm starting to think he's a nark or something but narks don't sell weed right so I'm just getting a little too paranoid right? What I really want to know is what would usually happen if somone was caught with weed in school? BTW I live in Soutch California, USA.

Narcs buy the weed, not sell, possession is illegal. They usually bust the dealers when they take out the herb.

I dont know what particular events happen when your caught with weed at your school. However if the guy is saying he'll give u money or weed still then at least hes not trying to just jack u.
