that sucks man. how old are you exactly? if your over 16, talk to your parents directly about your age/old enough to decide certain things yourself.

the only problem i see is your mom, because she's seen crack addicts and **** walk through her office doors, she's got a pretty scary/tainted view on marijuana usage.

all i can say is come out and ask your mother directly what she finds wrong with it - when they start the bul**** how its full of chemicals, tell her coffee has thousands of chemicals too, but nobody seems to flip out and shoot heroine over that, and people claim to be 'addicted' to it.

id like to point out http://www.torontohemp.com 's section on myth's, its quite thorough. i got busted yesterday, but seems my parents were a bit more level-headed than yours.

I think her real problem with it is something like "god says it's bad", but she talks so much about how drugs will ruin your life and crap, I don't know. I will go to the link you put and see if I can find anything else that might help.

I'm 17, my dad says I can do what ever I want when I'm 18, but right now what ever I do "leads back to the parents". My mom doesn't care if I'm 18 or older. My parents are divorced by the way.

Ummm I dont believe you buddy... Wtf can he charge you with? And 1 gram? You can't even be charged with possetion with 1 gram especially if he threw the **** away.... I think your lying dude. but thats just me xD

Yea I've never heard of a cop just spotlight you, run up and cuff you, adn send you to cort with a gram, let alone throw away another 4 grams (i think thats what it as i forget) of hash just cuz u told him it was fake? Doesnt sound right. And kombat, are you supposed to be bringing back really old posts? Just a thought cuz ive never seen any1 do it before, except with the never ending thread and the pic thread.

weedman and kombat it doesnt matter if hes lying or not but yes you can go to jail for 1 gram and they do spotlight you and cuff you and it sucks. Just read it for entertainment value and keep your flames to yourself.

Thanks to HempFiles, I do know the laws, and they are not hard to learn. I think everyone should know these:

Browse the "In this section..." subjects on the right, and remember what is important. I have gotten pulled over with pot and was ready for whatever needed to be said, but luckily he simply gave a warning for speeding and that was that.

Knowing the law makes you feel much more confident and not panicky when the time comes.

Lawyers become rich on technicalities in the law.

If you get caught with pot, admit nothing, and let it sort itself out in court. This is completely my advice... and if you feel that if you are honest with the cop and you think he'll let you off, be my friend. But I'd never trust one.

What about probable cause.. when i was pulled over for going 107 and wreckless driving ... one of the cops said "my partner here informs me he smells marijuana.. would you please step out of the car sir." then its something like Do you allow us to search your car.. i was like well i guess so .... cop: well even if you said no we have probable cause.... I only had half a blunt left.

I lucked out got a ticket for speeding and possession of under 2 oz.... they let go of the wreckless endagerment and the pot... luckily it was a state tropper... that most likely made the difference.

Well, I was talking to my friend who was a new smoker. He said he needed a ride to pick up some kind bud for 12 bucks a gram. I was liek wah taw fawk. I thought he was gonna get ripped off because the person he was buying from was not someone he knew and he talked her down from 20 to 12. The deal never happened and I went about my own buissness.


4 days later, My mom finds the aim log on my computer and she shows me it and says " well, you are using your car to do dumb things. Im going to drug test you. I said mom. I have used pot in the last month. She drug tested me anyways and it showed positive.


It sucks. It has been like 4-5 days since i have smoked. I even smoked the day of the test. lol. Dont get me wrong, I dont smoke alot. Maybe 1-2 times a week. How long do you think this will last until i come clean.

Or. Should i continue to smoke and just not use my car. Its a tough question but I am confused. I truely in my heart think that pot is not bad. It was on this earth before us and needs to grow by its own.

I think this is the right thread cause it is a real life story but admins, plz move it if necessary.
