Ok guys, here we go, the whole story.

5:00PM: 1st blunt rolled, smoked by all four of us, thouroughly enjoyed, followed by a trip to sonic (strawberry limeaid, YES!). i hid the weed by a bridge on the path back to our car, covered it in leaves.
6:30PM: as we return to the spot, i get the weed, and the 2nd blunt in the process of being rolled, the baggie is out on my lap because im seperating the seeds. its dark out, suddenly a flashlight is five feet away from us and a cop is telling everyone to put their hands up, i quickly toss the baggie to the side, but he saw it. he told all of us to stand up and stand over there, and he asks us if we've been smoking, we all say no, he asks why it smells like dope, and proceeds to tell us he knows we were smoking. then he tells us if we give it to him we wont go to jail. i look over at my friends, and they all tell me to tell him the truth. so i did, just my own version of it.

he told me to go get the baggie i threw, which i did, and then he asked me where i got it. i told him i found it underneath some leaves over there by the bridge, he says hes not stupid and thats not where i got it. i tell him yes thats where it was. then 4 more cops show up, and walk us back to the cop cars. since i told them it was my weed, i got put in the cop car. they searched for warrants and all that, then they started searching my friends car and found his fake ID. the cop then starts questioning me:

Cop: "why are you doing this ****? a neighbor called you in. he has a 9 year old son. hes a taxpayer, why are you doing this to them? whats your excuse?
Me: stunned at the stupidity of the comment, "im not going to make up excuses for my actions"
Cop: "give me one good reason why i shouldnt take you to jail"
Me: "i dont want all the hard work ive done in high school to ruin my college career"
Cop: "uh huh"

He then calls my mom, who comes 10 minutes later, but i dont really care about her, im worried about getting a ticket and/or going to jail. then a different cop opens up the door to the cop car and tells me he knows this fake id is my friends, and he can make this and everything else tonight go away if i just tell him where i got it from. So heres my golden opportunity to redeem myself. i quickly and confidently tell him that this kid at school told me he could sell some weed to me. all i had to do was give him 10 bucks and he would give me a call. the kid (who i named nick) called me at 6PM and told me the weed would be underneath a bridge covered in leaves on a path outside my neighborhood. the cop asked me to show him exactly where i found the weed, so we walked over there and i showed him where i had hidden the weed before. he said thanks for your cooperation this is good.

we walked back to my moms car, and she told me to go thank all the officers for not taking me to jail. so i went around and i shook all of their hands and told them i was sorry for making them come out. then the cop my mom was talking to told me to go apoligize to my neighbor for disturbing him. this neighbor had been out watching all of us getting the pat down and such. so i walk over, extend my hand, introduce myself, and tell him im very sorry for disturbing him. he grabs my hand, puts his face real close to mine, and says this:

Neighbor: "If you EVER do this again and i found out about it, ILL BLOW YOUR ****ING HEAD OFF. Do you hear me? I will BLOW YOUR ****ING HEAD OFF. I have a nine year old, and you guys are doing this **** back there? Believe me, i have plenty of guns,and i will ****ing kill you."
Me: I guess he was trying to intimidate me or something, i just kept looking him the eye and said "Ok sir, you have a good night" and shook out my hand again.

I walked back over to my mom and the head cop, and my mom asked me if i was alright, and i told her yeah kinda, but that guy just told me he was gonna kill me. So as we are leaving, i see all the cops telling the guy he cant say that stuff and such.

When i got home i talked to my mom and told her this was only like the 4th time i had done this. She told me it wasnt safe, but i told her weed is harmless. she tried proving me wrong but i told her all the stuff off of this website on the main page under "myths". she told me it was still illegal, and i told her i know this isnt going to happen again.

Phew, that was a long story, hope you enjoyed reading it.

LOL man, thats some messed up sh*t. i woulda laughed so hard if that guy said something about shooting my head off. i woulda gave him a joint and told him to mellow out. but yeah, gettin caught sucks hardcore dood. hope everything turns out alright for ya.

So, big_d, after almost being arrested for possession, while the cops are watching you shake the neighbors hand, you would pull out more of an illegal substance and hand it to him laughing? Good luck, Ha!

Crazy story though, ratting out your dealer probably wasn't the right thing to do, but i can't say i would have done any differently.

lol, yeah that would be helarious. Whip out a joint and be like "hey man, let's just all mellow out." haha. But that sucks dude. Good thing you didn't get taken to jail. However does anyone notice the sickening hypocrisy of the story. The guy who's super pissed at a couple of stoners (who weren't trying to intrude on the guy, it's not like they were smoking on his front steps) freaks out and threatens violence. What's more of a danger to a 9 year old? Some dudes chillin out and tokin, which the kid probly didn't even see and wouldn't know what was happening anyway. Or the example of violence that the kids father showed?

I'd key that neighbors car. Seriously, what an asshole. I can understand that he has a 9 year old son and doesn't want him exposed to this kind of thing, but to make a death threat? Wow, I'm sure it's not irregular for him to have a bad day at the job, a drink at the bar, and than come home and beat his kids.

You're lucky you got some nice cops, and you definitely played the game right about that ****.

yeah i know im real lucky. i cant get caught ever again. im just gonna have weed delivered to me, and ill toke at home. thats it.
