Dude you become a legal adult at 18 not 21 heh, so you can do whatever you want after 18. Hell my mom is giving me back all the confiscated items when I turn 18 in 5 months. HAha im sooooo baked right now and listening to Six Feet Under and messing with my new Cam Phone I got for Christmas. FUN!

hey. i have a question regarding probation. this seemed like a reasnable thread to ask it on considering a lot of people who get caught actually have been put on probation. but anyway: i just want to know some details, like the process: do you have to go to jail? do they give you time to get clean? how often do they ask for urine samples...any info will help. thanks.

I have a very funny story of how i got caught, it goes something like this;
It was the summer of grade 9 and i had 3 friends over, and we were anxious to smoke. my mom was watching tv in her room, (a 2 bedroom apt. over a store=very small) and i thought she was asleep. My friends and I sneak outside onto the fire escape, and light up a J after about 2 minutes i see the fridge light go on. (kitchen is right at the back of the apt, where the fire escape is) We quickly put out the J and my mom walks out! i say that we were trying to look at stars, but it was still kinda light out, she looks at us with a huge suspicious look, and walks away, I yell "Chuck is checking his bike lock too!" she keps walking. I dont talk to her untill the next day, and she says that she dislikes it, but she knows that it will happen no matter what. after a few months, she becam cool with it and i was able to smoke in the house, also, she let me roll j's and stuff when she was in the same room. One time she cleaned my bong for me!

I suggest for all of you whose parents dont know that they smoke, just bring up small things about marijuana and see how they react, if the start preaching about how it is sooooo bad and they are like "Don't ever smoke ever" dont let them know, but if they seem slightly ok with it, give it a go when they are in a good mood.

Haha, no kidding. I wish my parents were cool with my smoking, and I didn't have to hide it from them. It would make life a lot easier...

it was crazy today after school me an like 5 buddies met up an smoked like 4 bowls out of this new bubbler on this old trail, while we were toking a teacher from our school jogged by, ****ty thing is that i have him 5th period........

Some of these stories really sounds like it sucks to get caught. Personally, I got caught twice, both by my dad. The first time me, my friend Mike, and my friend Tyler (used to supply us with about 15 g's a week FOR FREE but has since quit because he feels the "pot revolution" is over). Anyways, it must have been about midnight and I didn't realize my dad was still awake downstairs. We were still in the process of lighting up, since we just would smoke constantly from about 11:30pm-4:30am every Friday/Saturday night, when my dad screams UNLOCK THE DOOR, so I did and he says it smells like something is burning up here. I covered it up with we had lit a piece of paper on fire for fun and that we were definitley not smoking pot. He didn't fall for it, but the next day me and my friends lit about 5 pieces of paper on fire and my mom saw them and told him we hadn't been smoking.
The next time I got caught REALLY sucked because I never thought I would in this situation. It was right after school with my friend Matt, at about 2:58pm or so lol, but anyways I wasn't sure when my dad was coming home but he usually comes home around 5:30-6:00.. so I never expected him to be home this early ( turns out he had a dr appointment ) so me and my friend smoke a bowl in MY BACKYARD and walk up to my room soon as I'm done. Anyways, sure enough, my dad pulls in to the driveway right when I get in my room, my friend is pretty baked, and I had a buzz. My dad comes up and tells me he smells the weed and knows I was smoking it. I told him no I just got home and didn't light up. He doesn't believe it. My mom comes later and talks to me about it and I opened up and told her yes, I do smoke weed but not frequently ( at this time I was smoking 2-3 bowls a day, I have since cut down to 1 bowl every few days but on weekends I'm still crazy with it..) since then my parents haven't really said anything about it and just worry I'm gonna try another drug or something... but every weekend tons of my friends (girls/guys) come over and we get stoned in my backyard. Life has been good...
