First post.

I have gotten caught twice by the cops, but both times it was my old hockey coach and he let me off with a warning and a promise that I quit.

Caught by parents: NONE.

No one should be that dumb to be caught by their 'rents.

I have smoked pretty much everyday since I was like 15 and have never been caught. Been suspected lots, but never caught.

Its rude to think someone is "dumb" just because they happened to get caught. Sorry, but that post didn't leave a very good first impression. A good many things can lead to someone getting caught by their parents, and not all of them happen because people are "dumb". Please, refrain from making judgement calls about things or people you cannot possibly know about. You've been lucky, thats ALL. No offense, but i kind of hope you get caught by your parents someday....we'll see then how "dumb" those that it happens to are.

Not a real long or interesting story but i did get busted by my parents about 2 weeks ago. I came home and i guess my mom has been thinking that i smoke and pulled out a urine test and before she gave i told her that i smoke weed but thats all i smoke. My mom is not really open minded about weed and i showed her a whole bunch of differ Internet sites and told her i kinda researched before i did it which i did. Every time i bring it up she ignores everyting i say and just repeats its against the law. Well I am getting ungrounded tommorrow and i am still not sure if i should wait till i am 18 or take the risk and continue to smoke. Any suggestions?

Well man, that sucks your mom is not open minded about weed, you could wait till your 18 or... Just dont be stoned around your mom, go on out on the weekends, smoke out with your friends, and make sure you come home sober..Keep it clean around your mom, Is she going to give you any drug tests in the future?

Thats what i am worried about i dont know she doesnt trust me anymore i am thinking about stopping for about 2 months maybe pass a couple tests if i get them and maybe try to earn my trust back
BTW I always come home sober uless no one is home and i found out my stepdad is recording my phone calls which makes me ticked off cant i guy have some privacy

Yah better safe then sorry, Its best to keep peace with your parents. I'd see what happens, and let it pay out..If you think things are lookin good and up, start smokin again, but keep it safe, make sure your eyes are clear, keep up your grades in school and keep up with life..good luck man.

Yea dude thats true keep it clean when your around your mom, When i got caught i just kept it clean around my parents and now they think i stoped but i didnt(lol)

Your step dad records your phone calls? Now that's just weird. Do you have a cell phone or something you can use instead of your house phone?
