Maybe cuz the pipes don't come in packaging or a box or whatever that say "tobacco pipe" like papers says "tobacco papers".

You can buy lighters at any age too because they're not necassarily for tobacco.

i just got caught this tuesday at the Collisseum movie theater...i was smoking hash in the bathroom and one of the managers had looked through a thin space into the stall and he told me he could see the lighter and pipe...

i denied it...he told me to leave the property right away or he would have the cops come and search me...he gave me the chance to leave the theatre without getting me in trouble or getting my hash and pipe taken away, which was cool of him.

well this is how i almost got caught and my freind got caught.....me and my best freind lucas had some good nugget...and me cousin was having a party so our other freind that we dont really like picked us up......and headed to the party....while everyone was inside drinking me and lucas were outside smoking the nugget.....after we were done he had a little nugget and a buncha nugget shake in some cellophane off cigerettes....so he throws it away(or so he thinks).....and he put the pipe with a tube back in his coat....so were chillen now in the house high as hell....and we decide we need to go to wal mart to get somn....im kinda iffy like nooo noo man lets just chill and be high...but me lucas and my frined that picked us up go to wal mart....well this guys a show off and a fag and he was acting drunk as hell...so after wal mart some wannabe cool car were driving like idiots in front of us....so we talk a bit...and my freind pulls the big chevy suburban in front of the "cool" car abd slow down till they are about to pass us and then speed up...and this went on for so long....and about 40 mins later....we decide to go back to the party....on our way back we see a cop and he busts a u....i knew we were being pulled over and im usually the smart one that can thnk in these situations....so im calm and chill and put my seatbelt on...the cops followin us now no lights yet.....turns out the driver had a beer in there....so iim about to put it under the seat...and he tells me 39048 times no put it in the glove compartment and this guy was a dick anyway so i was like fine get busted then...and put the beer in the glove compartment...lucas in the back also had some off topic powder...and i had an offtopic pill...so the lights turn on and my freind is pulling over....i pop my pill so i have nothing on me but keep in mind im stoned as hell.....so lucas in the back hides his powder and his weed that he thought he threw away fell out of his pocket right next to him....so the cop asks if he was drinking n shit and the driver opens the glove box HAHAH IDIOT for registration and the cop sees the beer and the driver closes it quick....well the cop seen it and asks me to open it im like sure thing officer since the drivers a fag...and member when he was trying to act drunk...he blew a .001 HAHAHA....and while me and lucas were chilling in the truck he kept saying chase chase chase what shud i do bla bla and i kept telling him but he was so high he dint know what was going on.....so basically he dint listen to me .........and i was trippin on the cop lights for awhile,,,,,and sending text messages telling ppl what happened and that i might need a ride....anyways they must see the weed and lucas gets aressted so im sitting in friends truck in ther front seat at like midnight in the middle of no where for 2 hours b4 they come talk to me and they ask me sum quesitons quick and go back to lucas...well my freinds cell phone starts vibrating and falls on the ground and i pick it up quuick and that made a huge noise...so 2 cops bust out their guns and jump to the window saying put your hands up NOWWWW and i did and they were stading there pointing guns at me while im high saying what hapened..im like :O:O:O his umm cellphone umm kinda vibrated so yeah....and they just walk away...n then have me step out of the truck...and theres alota snow out...and hes close to the ditch so when i step out im so high i slied down the ditch....the cops were laughing saying parked a lil close to the ditch huh....iwas like i guess....and then i stood outside in the freezing for 40 mins having them question me....well they have n oerason to keep me so they give me a ride to the jail and i have someone pick me up from there....also memeber that pipe and tube in lucas's jacket...they never found it...and if he went to jail they would found it...well lucas and the driver were in the back of the cop car and lucas was cuffed and the driver wasnt so lucas is like....mike i have this shit in my jacket grab it and hide it under the cop car seat..so mike does....i wonder if those cops ever found that yet ??? i always thought that was a good story lol

Good story man, but try to break it up into paragraphs next time. It makes it much easier on the eyes.

Not all landlords well auto evict for weed. I work at a Property Management Company and I smoke hell my dealer is one of my tenants so i get the nice hook-up (1/4 ounce for $25.00) and both me and my company do not care about weed (smoking/selling/or growing) we just do not want meth, but weed is fine.

So I was at a friend E's house yesterday, and my friend C was there too. So E has never smoked and C has gotten in a lot of trouble for smoking and I have never been caught before. So C and I get a dealer to come by E's street and we buy an 1/8 from him and walk back to E's house. We all go in E's sauna and me and C smoke a few bowls from a homemade bong. C does not get high, and says he hasn't smoked in a month and wants to. So later on, E is having a drum lesson. Me and C go back in the sauna and smoke some more.

So during the lesson, me and C go to E's sweet room and listen to music with the lights dim playing mario on NES. A little while into this the door swings open and the lights turn on. His mom comes in with a smirk saying, "ok now do we have to check your pupils, smell your breath, check your pockets?" at this point me and C know we're fucked so we just chill and listen.

the mom comes and looks at our eyes and says they are dilated and asks "is there any reason our basement would smell like pot?" and says things like the drum teacher has been all over and they asked him and he said yes it was pot (and the parents dont know this but E says during the lesson the teacher went to the bathroom, came back and said, "your boys are smokin dope")

so the mom goes i realize kids will be kids and make decisions like this, and i feel bad but i have to call your parents. so she called our parents comes back and says good news. your parents were nice. bad news, they are coming to get you. she said obviously we now have to gain her trust again but she is not going to stop us from coming over. she said she doesn't think what some people do necesarily influences their friends to do it.

my parents were pisssed as hell. neither of them have ever smoked. they took my computer and my phone (thank God i love computers and therefore have several other older ones laying around, like the one im on right now)

i just printed them out each a little packet i made with 13 pages of facts, myths, and statistics, and one page of me explaining that i am not "addicted" (and that it's impossible) and that i realize while under their roof I have to listen to them, etc.

i cant wait to give it to them when they get home from picking up chinese food :-D. i hope they will take the time to read it.
