Fuck! I was smokeboxing my car with a friend driving around my neighborhood when this big ass expedition blocks us in a culdesac(spelling?). He walks up to my car and asks us what we were doing.

"Are you a cop?" I ask
"No, but your smoking in my neighborhood, let me see your license!"

I give him my license, he writes down my shit and sees that I too live in his neighborhood. He tells me that he is going to tell my mother, at this point me and my friend just laugh because my mom was once a big stoner and doesn't care that I smoke.

I still think it was pretty shitty of him to try to take the law into his hands... We fucked up his mailbox a month later...

you shouldn't have given him your license to begin with. you should have told him if he didn't have a badge, you didn't have a license. he can't force you to give him the license. worst he can do is block you and make you wait for a cop, and if he does that, i'm sure he can get in trouble as well for disrupting the flow of traffic.

People around here are slightly corrupt... I'm only eighteen so that cop would have been such a dick... I wish I wouldn't have though (given him the license...).

we thought about driving through other people's yards to get away from him... but I was too stoned...

Finally got busted the other day, I was sitting outside of a basketball court in my car, when a cop drives up blocked me in and comes up to my window. He asked me a few stupid graduation related questions then told me to get out because he was searching the vehicle. He sat me down on the curb and found half an eight, a bottle of Captain Morgans and some jackass's one hitter stuffed under my seat.

Holding someone w/o consent is arresting them...he cannot legally do that...and don't claim "citizen's arrest" because you could stash your shit in your truck before the cop got there and you could say you were smoking cigs or the like...the cop can't search your vehicle based on what some random guy says is in there...that is not probable cause...

I really dont give a fuck about gettin caught by the cops...fuck em, and when they catch me, i'll tell it to there face "fuck you". As far as my mom, she caught me the other day, but it wasnt a big deal, im grown, and i have my own place, and she was just surprised that i was smoking...and she proceeded to tell me the story of her smoking years...haha

Yeah, thats the intelligent thing to do Take it from someone whose been arrested numerous times under varied circumstances. Theres NOTHING wrong with being polite. It works in your favor, and while it doesn't guarantee anyhting, it poften means the difference between a warning and being arrested. Even if it doesn't keep you from getting arrested, it only works in your favor once you get to court, or attempt to plea bargin with the prosecutor. Being a prick never helps your cause in any way whatsoever, and often makes things much harder on you. Go ahead and tell the cops to fuck off if it makes you feel good....you'll have PLENTY of time to repeat it as they walk past your cell.

First time posting in these forums, but been reading alot of these caught stories and just amazed me or none of my close friends have been caught yet. Im 16, go to a school known for its drug use in the area and have been smoking weed for a year now and been smoking just about every day for a few months probably. My parents know for a fact that i smoke weed, but havent yet interrigated me about it or anything which annoys the fuck out of me to be honest. Luckily ive been able to keep up my grades while taking honors/ap classes and continue my highschool tennis career [got county player of the year recently] while smoking weed daily so i think that may be why my parents havent talked to me about it yet. But it amazes me how i or none of my friends havent been caught yet [im the careful one of the group tho, knock on wood ] they'll often times make trips to tampa to buy ounces of dro while smoking blunts in the car on the way up and back and from time to time ill go with them having nothing better to do, or often times we'll just smoke bowls/blunts/joints/w.e type of piece or paper we got on us on the way to doin shit like going to the mall or the golfing range even sometimes . Not really much of a story sry lol, sure ill have one to tell a few months from now, hopefully not about myself .

I haven't really been actually caught doing it, but I have a couple of times caught stoned. I'm 15 by the way.

First time me and my 2 friends got really stoned. He drove to the local Kroger, he has his liscense(less than 6 months by the way), note it's 3:30 in the morning, way past our curphew, and we each buy debbie snacks 'cause we're hungry as well. We start eating it on the display tables outside, our eyes probably red, and a cop car rolls to our right. My heart beating, scared shittless, I just sit there like nothing is wrong... then about 2 minutes later he walks out of the car. He talks a bit, of course says, 'You guys know what time it is?' etc. I'm the only one trying to play the Yes/No sir game, my other friends are acting lazy and not very respectful. He asks one of my friends, who is kinda big, not really, "you gonna eat all those snacks, damn". My friend, being a bit big thinks its an insult and sits there and supposedly rolls his eyes. This is where the officer gets pissed. He's all like "you guys want me to write you a freaking ticket?" and shit like that. Im sitting here thinking what a dumbass--then my 16 year old friend gives him his drivers liscense. The cop walks back to his car, 5 minutes of sitting and lost my high entirely, he comes out and says we can go. I had ciggarettes on me, so I was kinda scared he was gonna search us. I slipped em in my half open debbie snack box so I could set it down and throw it away later. That wasn't nessesary.

My reaction... PHEW!

Another time we were sooo stoned on vacation, driving in a van with 4 people at about Midnight. The driver has had his liscense for about 2 weeks, and according to the cop he "pulled out rough" out of burger king. Getting munchies of course. So he comes and flashes the light through the 2nd back seat window and talks to him, etc. He probably knew we were stoned, but he didn't give any charges. My cousin the driver got a ticket for wrong insurance card and a warning for his broken tail-light.

My reaction.. PHEW! (we had nothing on us but it was still scary)

Another time we were all stoned, so bad, walking to Kroger, again, this time at 11:46. Not curphew yet, but soon. I'm at the back of the pack,about 6 of us, and in my left peripheal vision I see a cop car. GOD FUCKING DAMNIT, I think. I have the WORST LUCK. It literally follows me at 3 MPH, but ends up going into a parking space after following me for about 15 seconds. I looked backed and shrugged like nothing was wrong, trying to play it off. There were 2 cops in the car. Phew.

Another time my friends hotboxed ina car, then went inside my friends house and were chillin. So me and my other friend get in the car and start tokin' with a homemade bong and when we open the door, we hear his mom talking and sounds like kinda lecuraing/yelling. We are blazed, haul ass to the nearest cover, stash the bong and weed and lay there watching the stars(that was crazy). after 10 min, we come back and it's all good, she was yelling about something also. phew.

I'm really scared of getting caught by my parents, though. I need some advice... how mad do you think they would get? I'll let you know a little about them. None of them smoke.They don't drink beer regularly, but they will, and my dad mixes liquor with soft drinks and my mom drinks liquor in the same way as my dad and both drink wine. My parents found a pill I had once in my pocket. I told them what they wanted to hear, I never took it, my friend gave it to me, I considered it but decided agaisnt it and left it in my pocket. They said it was bad could leave to other drugs, etc (it was only an adderall). They hate drugs and everything to do with it. My brother nor sister has been caught smoking or doing drugs, which none of them do either. I can't curse around them, or drink alcohol although I have taken sips etc they don't care. They ahve never smoked in their younger years.

How did you think YOUR parents would react? And when you were caught, how did they react?

What do you think would be best to tell them if it did happen, what they want to hear, or what I believe I should tell them. I try to hide it as much as possible...

I got caught like six months ago and it was a big deal. My rents had me drug tested and had a big conversation with me about it. WEll off course I started back up and I knew the laws of probability would catch up with me. Two nights ago they did. I started to smoke a j in my room when about 3 mins into it my door opens and my mom walks in. She goes what are you doing. I say getting ready for bed. I always pull my blinds down and smoke in between that and the window but some smoke does escape. She smelt it and just asks me if i ws smokeing. I said yes. She began to tell me it is definietly not allowed on their property which I can respect. We had a long conversation and it seemed as if she was compromising that I could do it with my friends. She didnt ask where anything was or even tell me to get rid of it but i told her id flush it. She left and I felt bad because it was a total buzzkill. ANyway no one has mentioned it since and I was just wonderin if anyway mite think that my mom, who is the only one who has a problem with pot, may be offerin a compromise?
