it bugs me a lot when parents say "dope". It makes it sound so... so... i dont really have the word for it

Ive actually been told by a dopeaddict i used to work with that "dope" is more referenced to the offtopic stuff that u shoot through ur veins with a needle....which is not even on the same level as weed, dunno why rents call it that =/

I have been caught twice, within a month of each other, so they combined it into one court case. at first they were gonna give me juvenile diversion (i'm 16) but now its probation for me. the first one, my friend and i were smoking weed in my parked car in a parking lot, which i realized after the fact that thats real sketch. We had just finished a bowl of dank nugget and were about to go to mickey d's. then my friend says,"cop!'. and i'm like shutup because i thought he was joking. but i look and there is a flicks on his lights right behind us. we hide everything, we had 2 1/8 sacks, and a pipe. the popo comes up and knocks on my window, and says get out of the car. i stepped out and he goes," the reason i came out here is because noone is parked here besides you. were you smoking something?" and i said "no, we were just talking about something important." (the best excuse i could think of in my baked state). he says, well i can smell weed and your eyes are lookin a little glassy. Kept denying but it was useless so he goes "what were you smokin" and i said cigarettes. so i hand him my pack of cigarettes from the car. and he says "under kansas law, since it's illegal for you to have cigarettes, i can now search your car. so i'm like FUCK. but i did tell him that i didn't consent to a search. so the cop calls another cop, a lady cop, and they tear my car apart lookin for bud. they find everything and put us in handcuffs and take us to the police station. at one point the lady cop, who was interogating me in a different room than my friend, walks over to the other room and goes" john (me) is high as a kite!!! what about gary?" you should have seen my mugshot i was grinning. for some reason i was so baked that i didn't comprehend at the time how much trouble i was in. they called our parents to pick us up, so i didn't have to spend the night in jail. all in all, i have had some bad luck. i'll tell about the second time sometime else.

Let me start off by saying the following incidents occured in Los Angeles county area during the mid-late 1980's

cutting to the story....I walked out of a bar with a friend (we knew the owner) and out of the respect we walked off the bars property,the bar faces a "highway" type road and there is a side street that is lined with homes...

we were standing between the bar and the driveway to the first house along a brick wall, it was maybe 11-12 at night and very dark. anyway I had a baggie with an 1/8th of some good skunky bud this was stuffed in an old film container,so I open the container and place it up on the brick wall , I take a nice nug out of the bag ...and I placed the bag under my shirt laying it on top of my shoulder (wearing a jacket too) anyway now my friend and I are standing face to face,he is holding a zig zag while I use my hands to break up the bud above the paper he's holding,I was about half way done breaking up the nug when I looked up and saw a LEO all blacked out driving right up on us,my friend panic'ed as I said "cops" and he knocked the film container over the wall,he also flung the paper with the little weed in it (I'm not sure why he was so jumpy) anyway,It happened so fast there was nothing I could do to prevent it so I just stood there and kept my hands where they could be seen (still holding the remainder of the nug) I figured it was the only thing I had to prove "what I was doing there"..it was a 2 man unit and we were both taken to the cruiser I was placed standing in the front of the of the car while my buddy was taken to the back of the car,we were both handcuffed (for our protection mind you) and this cop asked me what we were doing ..I explained that I had some pot and we were about to smoke and as a matter of fact I was still holding it in my hand,the leo took it from my hand and placed it on the hood of his car,this was followed by being searched and everything I had in my pockets were now on his hood...my wallet/pager/money/comb/small nug / while running me for warrants,this leo was going through my wallet looking in-between every card every folded piece of paper (I quickly realized he was looking for meth)now to make a long story short...oh too late....after determining I had no warrants I was cautioned to go back in the bar or go home and not to be seen out here again...I was then told "now get your stuff and go" and that was exactly what I did...I proceded to put everything back into my pockets and the last thing I picked up was the nug,now he never said I could have it back...but he never really took it away from me either,he put it on the hood where he put everything from my pockets...anyway I finally picked up the nug turned towards the bar and began walking,never looking back.

another time same basics this time I was alone sitting in an alley at the rear entrance to a bar, I'm using one of those golf size frisbees..this time was some seedy mexican brick weed (it got me high) anyway here I am just sitting in my car,late evening de-seeding my buds from my frisbee when again I look up to see a blacked out leo driving right up to me (you know how 2 leos usually pull up to one another) well here he was right up close and personal and asks "what ya up to"...what could I do (yes I was young and stupid too...imagine that) so without hesitation I reached out, handing him my frisbee,he places his car in park and gets out,next comes a request to see my licence,he also runs me for warrants,he dosent even want to search my car,he just gives a glance with his flashlight...again I have no warrants so he gives my licence back and actually hands me back my frisbee weed included and gives me a lecture about "theres better places for you to be doing this" blaa blaa blaa.....and I dont want to see you out here again.


I understand that there are alot of leos out there that should'nt be leos....I only provided these two very real life stories of mine from my youth, to show that with a little honesty and respect, can take you a long way

I was smoking a blunt in the bathroom, and had become pretty cocky about it, not being caught after so many times. anyways, i thought my parents were still at dinner, so i went and light up in the bathroom. As im coming out of the bathroom, i see my dad walking down the hall toward me. After a long discussion, they made me flush all my bud, i had like 1/8 of some really nice bud. some seeds, and a dime of some mids. I also wound up saying that i wouldn't smoke until i turned 18. i dont know how faithful i will be on that promise, but im probably not gonna smoke for a year. Moral of the story, never smoke a fuckin blunt in your god damn bathroom!!!!
