Damnit just got caught again. I was checking out my bowl and loading shit like that and my mom like comes in I jump out of my seat pretty much because she scaread the crap out of me then she saw everything and took my bowl that I got less than a week earlier. I'm so fucked when she gets home. As of right now I dont think I'll be smoking for pretty long time. At least until mid september. I just need a break from weed for a bit.

My mom found my pipe .

It was in a sock and I forgot to put it away so I had it in the sock on my dresser and this morning my mom was in my room while i was sleeping and was asking me questions about groceries and then all the sudden I heard a thud and "what is this?". I knew exactly what it was but I was like 'whaaaaat? idk' just off of my instinct to deny deny deny. Then I was like...'oh, a pipe.'

She didn't yell or freak out like normal...I'm just 'a dissapointment to the family that won't go anywhere' and I'm grounded for a while (idk how long yet) and I have to get drug tested (cvs brand ) at the end of the month and after this concert I'm going to in september.

Got off pretty easy actually.

im just going to gloat for a second. my mom knows i smoke weed and doesnt care at all, in fact, she was the one that got me to start smoking, so basically i can take bong hits in my kitchen and i dont have to worry abput ever getting caught. its even better too bacause i live in an apartment building with four apartments in it and two of the other apartments are lived in by two of my best freinds, both of whose parents are like my mom and dont care haha

Ya I've been caught twice and im not exactly sure if my parents are ok with it. Getting caught is really terrible. I got caught because i got ratted out and the second time my mom just told me she knew about a certain time I did.

well my first time being caught, a bunch of friends and i went to this tower which overlooks the lake that i live on, (amazing view, i still bring people up to it daily) but we probably had over 3 oz of bud on us and everyone had bowls, blunts, joints etc. Some asshole kid, who i didn't even invite to come with us decided it would be funny to take the trashcan at the bottom of the tower and fill it with fireworks light them put them in the trashcan and throw it off the structure, so being baked i thought it was all cool, and he did so it made a shit load of noise and everyone was screaming and laughing at the trashcan which just got fucking annhiliated, after smoking another blunt we decided to go grab a bite to eat, we ran down the stairs and through the path to my car (which is a 2005 tahoe) i unlocked my door and hopped inside right when i reached for the key to turn the headlights on, two state troopers threw their high beams on right in all of my friends eyes, the next thing i know this asshole is in my face saying he can smell marijuana in my car, and i had 5 mins to give him whatever i smoked out of or he would search my car. Thank god he said that because i gave him some shitty wooden pipe (not to mention my car had a bunch of empty beer cans, empty wine bottles, and various pipes laying on the floor and throughout along with an oz which was in my girlfriends purse. So i handed him the wooden pipe, and got arrested for posession of .0001grams of THC. I went to county prision and sat in a cell for 14 hours until my parents bailed me out, for 40$ but it wasn't too shabby. My mug shot was pretty cool. I had eyeliner on, long black bangs covering my face and this grin which looked like something out of blow. Anyways I hired a lawyer and went to court, all i got was 16 hours of commuinty service.

The second arrest was shitty. I was going to boarding school, and a bunch of friends and i decided to go up to this arch in the town and smoke grap tobbaco out of this girls hookah, anyways while i was sitting up there i got a phone call from a girl who i lent my bob dylan cd's too, so i walked down and picked them up infront of a daycare there was like 5 of them and she put them in a plastic bag. So i grabbed my CD's and ran back up to rip the hookah, while we were up there another girl packed a bowl and we passed it around for a bit, I didn't even get high, I was just smoking cigs and chilling. A couple mins later a fucking police officer walks up and is like "There was just a drug deal made infront of a daycare and the person who was described looks exactly like you." So he taps me on the shoulder and says hey buddy lets take a walk, he asks if he can search me, and i gladly said sure, and he found nothing. Next thing you know he calls for backup and there were like six police officers up there searching all of the kids, some faggot ass hockey player took the bowl and hid it in his sweatpants ultimatly getting caught. one of the police officers reminded us "drug dealing infront of a day care if a felony and his daughter goes to that day care and doesn't know what weed looks like" I muttered under my breath shut the fuck up fat pig, and one of the police officers heard me. They went through her bag where the hookah was and confinscated the hookah, and found our bag which probably had a gram left in it. The fucking officer pinned the bag on me, and i got handcuffed and thrown in the back of a fucking cruiser. I wanted to cry, but i was more pissed. I didn't talk to ANY of the officers and told them I already had a lawyer, and they better be ready to fight this shit out in court. The kid with the bowl fucking signed some form which said i owned the bowl and the weed and got released since he was 18. So i sat in another jail cell.. once again.. for posession... Jesus christ. I fought this one out, and Now i have to go to drug rehab and also 16 hours of commuinty service.

I just got caught.... I was rolling a nice blunt out of a Backwoods and my mom walked in. So we smoked it.
