well i have been caught a number of times
when i was 14 i went off to homecoming and left my bowl in my bag... and my brother knocked the bag over and the bowl fell out... mom and dad found it... next time was complete and utter BS... some lil fucker in the middle school got caught buyin some weed... and ratted ME out as his dealer. now that doesnt look good does it, sellin to a 12 year old, lol. so cops go to my house, ask mom, a former lawyer to search, she says no, and she searches herself, finds my pipe, all my hollowed out blunts, roaches, but no real weed. just finished off a half O day before lol. worst part... it happened 4/19.
heres how my mom is about weed. i am pretty sure she knows that i smoke herb. (i am 15 years old, mature at that, working hard in AP classes in high school, and chiefing some nice nug while i do it) she asked if someone was chiefin in my room the other day, and im just like, yeah, and shes like ok burn some incense. she used to be paranoid, and ask over the phone when i told her i was goin to a friends house or something... whether or not i was smokin weed there, and she just said last time that it is pointless to even ask cuz she knws the answer
my parents (now parent) were generally cool about it, just worried about the legality of it, and issues with a criminal record or something... they both are pot advocates for legalization, but they didnt want me getting into trouble, you know. dad was just pissed that i lied to him, not that i had the pipe.
she aint pissed or anything, its just that i think she might be disappointed in me... but i have been steppin up around the house lately because my dad died... i chief way too much

I don't think you understand.

His took something that he didn't work for, something his mother put alot of money into. If he would of been pulled over with his friends and marijuana inside without a license, the car would of been impounded and he would of been arrested. His mom would be stuck paying the towing and money for the impound which comes out to more than a $100 and to hard working people that is alot. Next he would of been charged with possession and no license, him being a juvenile would mean the juvenile court system which is a pain in the ass.

There is alot of ways this could have ended bad, even if he ment "no harm" he should think about the consequences.

Ok me and my friend Garry went to Shelton Park Elementary to smoke up. So when we are done smoking I get up and walk out of the car. Only to get out and see a cop right there, I was like dawg.... I try to put the stash of weed away but it woulda been way too suspect and woulda saw it. So i just put it in the backseat of Garry's car. The cop finds it and I tell him its mine. Hes like you know you boys could get into a lot of trouble for this. I was like yes sir. anyways long story short he let us go with no charge.
