thats exactly the same between me and my parents ive actually been doin so much BETTER since i started blazin and my moms sayin that its all bad and shit and that it makes u un-motivated, kills brain cells, all the other 'reefer madness' shit, but actually since ive started, ive had more friends than ever, been happier than ever, been getting better grades than ever, been more motivated than ever, i just really dont like how people can be so ignorant and my mom found out that i do it and just that has been makin things a lil harder, but it will all work out

I'm with you man, last year I made a 3.5 GPA, second semester was a 3.8. That's very good for me, the first two years of high school I hovered around 3.2 to 3.5 GPA. I just took the ACT over the summer and made a 25 when on the first try I made a 23. I started smoking pot a little bit before the last school year (summer 2005) and If i dont smoke it every weekend I smoke it daily (daily during the summer, not as much during school). But I am now in my senior year in high school..
So therefor smoking marijuana has not hindered me in school. I have been working out recently and skateboarding a lot, I am in the best shape of my life! I've been taking creatine and working out A LOT so i'm getting pretty buff.

The main effects that marijuana has had on my when I am sober is slightly worse memory (sometimes I cant remember something) and I am more laid back. I'm a lot more chill about things and I guess you can call me a hippie.

I love marijuana.

Hey guys, this ones kinda long so feel free to skim if you like.

A little back story, a good friend of mine, we'll call her C, has lived across the street from the middle school in town for as long as I can remember. There's a chainlink fence, and on one side is the school property, and on the other is a grass/dirt embankment, big enough to park cars on. So for as long as we'ev been chilling, we park cars on it, sit in them, and smoke, or drink off topics. In fact one night we had about 12 people over there, chilling in cars and the middle of the street drinking off topics and smokin herbs, absoutly nothing bad happend.

So anyway last night me, C, and her boyfriend K decided to bake out C's brother's SUV that was sitting on the embankment cause it does not have breaks. So we sit there and smoke a blunt, and we're just kickin back listenin to some tunes and smokin ciggys, when we see la policia pull into the middle school parking lot. No one really thought anything of it, cause they do it all the time, they pull in, drive around, and leave. So he gets a little ways in and turns that infernal spotlight on us for a second, then goes back to going around.

We're all thinking we're fine, however he turns out of the parking lot, and starts comming down my friends street. So we're bugging a bit now, we have a roach packed into K's brand new bubbler on the front passanger seat, and K had another roach in his pocket. The officer gets out of his car and comes to the window and starts asking his usual questions, who we are, why we're here, what were doing out here so late. So we explain that C's house is the one right behind us, and her parents won't let us chill there after midnight. He buys it for the most part, and says if thats the case, hes gonna let us go about our buisness. So we all think we're totally 100% fine. Untill he drives around to the other side of the car.

He gets out and shines his flashlight on the ground again, and then he see's it. Dutch guts and like 3 empty baggies. At this point hes telling us he knows whats up and hes not stupid, and he's gonna give us a chance to be honest with him before he gets the drug dogs, and if we are, he's gonna cut us a break. So K tells him there's a roach in the car (Of course we didn't leave our smoking devices on the front seat, they were moved to semi under the passanger seat in the back.) So the officer tell's K to get the roach out of the car, so he puts it in his pocket and gets out.

So the officer starts talking to us and says "Listen you guys are out here smokin this stuff, we know your not gonna be doing anything stupid or destructive like if you were sitting here getting drunk." And he starts going on about that and stuff, and at that point I guess he just saw a part of it, but he spots K's bubbler on the floor. Now hes getting pissed, accusing us of lying to him and the like, gets the rest of us (me and C) out of the car and we're standing there in the cold. Another curiser rolls up and now theres 2 of em, looking all through the car and asking us for our licenses's and ages and names and stuff and where we all live. Their telling us their finding empty bags all over the car and another pipe in the back somewhere and telling us all this stuff.

So finally after all this goes down, we're all standing there in the cold, thinking it's game over and we're all going down for this. So the cops get togeather and tell us..."Ok guys we know whats up we know what your doin, we could tell ya not too till your blue in the face but your gonna anyway, but guys comeon your right across from a school, its 230 in the morning youve left evidance all around the car, listen clean this stuff up, push the truck into your driveway, and go home." So now we're all in shock that we just got away with that, 2 pipes one of which didn't get taken (they took the bubbler) , about 5 or 6 empty baggies, two roaches that K had that he TOLD the cops about, and dutch guts, and their letting us go.

So we push the truck into the driveway, and the cops leave. And after all that, we suddenly realise that even though it sucked and K lost his new piece , we were still somehow victorious...K still had the roaches in his pocket, after all that the cops never took them. So we called up our guy at 3 in the morning, and explained what had just happend and how we were in desprite need of another bag, so he gets his ass outta bed at 3am and sells us g, and lets us go a dollar as we only had 19 and he felt so bad for what had just happend. We went somewhere else and finished out activities.

i was busted last night for possession of tobacco and possession of marijuana. i was hanging out at the park with some friends, and i was going to smoke out 2 people who never smoked before. we smoked, had a fun time, and then about an hour later park security pulls up. i was smoking a cig at the time, and i'm 17, so i was cited for possesion of tobacco. then, he asks me to put my hands on the car, and he searches me. he finds my weed and pipe, and then cites me for possession of marijuana. one of my friends has cigs, so he is cited for that, but the 2 newbies i smoked out were clean, and they got off free. my parents were really angry/disappointed, and they kept saying how i should of known better, had better judgement, etc. they basically were treating me as a child. that really pisses me off, because they dont know anything about marijuana. when they think of marijuana, they think of meth, heroin, and all the other hard drugs. when i tried to talk to them about how weed is different, they became angrier and stopped listening to what i had to say.

anyways, enough ranting. my court date is in 2 weeks, and hopefully it goes uphill from there. im thinking when i turn 18, im going to try to get a medical marijuana card, since i live in california, so this kind of stuff never happens again.
