And what does that say about every case that has challenged these laws based on the Unconstitutionality.......and failed? Your interpretation of the Constitution is vastly different than the Supreeme Court's....and its their interpretation that counts. The drug laws have surived many challenged in regards to their Constitutionality, so I wouldn't recommmend that as a defense should you ever have the misfortune of getting busted

i had the most mental night ever last nite.. nearly got arrested funny as fuck.. like 11 of us got cautions for possession!! i came away with my skunk like 4 other people haha dumb rozzer bastards aint nickin my weed! man so close to gettin away with no caution shame the fuckers stole my bag n i had to go get it back off em.. the fuckin bastards

Yeah, I just got busted last night. I forgot to eat the weed (it was an eatable amount)... now I'm paranoid as fuck. I was wondering though, since I am a minor, I was put in the custody of my friend. The slip has the incorrect information (saying that my friend is the minor). I was wondering, will this get me off the hook? It was a first time possession charge of like three bowls and I didn't even go down to the station.

Wrong...The first drug laws were before 1920. Ever heard of the Harrison narcotics tax act of 1914?
