Well i have an interesting cop story to share with you guys.

A few weeks ago i was driving home from the gym with my two buddies. To set the scene, it was about midnight on a dimly lit backroad. I had the suicide light on (dome light) for my buddy so he could see the bowl he was packing. Anyway in the middle of packing it we see a car go by and i quickly realize it's a cop. We drive a little ways down the road and i go to make a left turn on to the road i live on and we get lit up. So whatever i tell my buddy to crotch it and i flick on the light, shut the car off, the whole nine yards.

So the cop comes to my window and immediately asks me to get out of the car, he takes me to the back of my car and pops the question, "is there anything illegal in the car?".
Now i've heard in situations like these that it is best to just be honest with the cop, so that's what i did, told him we had a pipe with a little weed in it. The guy was totally cool about the weed, he just tapped whatever was in the pipe out and took the pipe, wrote my buddy a ticket for it cause he was over the age of 18.

The real fucked up part of the story was that the cop had no legitimate reason to pull me over. He gave me two reasons when i asked; 1. i was speeding. i know for a fact i was going the speed limit because my friend was packing a bowl for god's sake! 2. my license plate light was out. At the time i took for granted that the cop was telling the truth but i went to check it the next day only to find the light is in perfect working order.

oh well....

live in mexico so its important to note that mexican cops are crooked as hell.

1- At the moment was around 15 yrs i was at this club in acapulco and i had rolled 3 Js prior to these in my house. so around 3am we go out and go light 1 of them up in an alley in the back when 2 cops show up from nowhere and they tell me you where smoking i saw you (which he did but we just threw it into the plants and told him it was a cig). so he asks me do have weed I just tell him i dont so he searches me and finds them in my pocket and he starts trying to intimidate by saying you know it illegal we have to take you down to the police station etc, (they do these so youll give them more money) and i just tell how can we fix these. he tells me X amount of money we start negotiating end end up at 20 usd. so we just wnt back in to the club and im like the other joint one was for the bus to bad they took it blah,blah,blah. so we leave the club at about 5 and the cop is at the exit and tells me you forgot these and he returned me my joints.

2-it was a saturday and i called my dealer to buy some ask me how much do you want i go like 40 national(the one i give to my friend when they come over) 100 (hydro). so he tells me il see you at el ostion (a restaurant) so i pick him up and gives it to me in a ziplock i never check it cuz he is trust worthy go back to a friends house and i see he only gave me the national one so i call him up he tells me he got mixed and that if i could go back and get the rest so i drive 45min back to get the rest. when im driving back back with about 1/2 oz of national and a pig pulls me over ask me if im high or drunk i just go absolutely not and tell him was was driving badley cuz i was typing an address in my gps so he asks me for my license wich at the time was expired so like the last story he tells me if you dont have a license we have to take your car to the impound and pax X amount of days o minimum wage etc, so we fixed a price and tells me where are you going (i told him i was lost an thats the reason i was using the gps) i go el ostion and i arrived to pick up my dealer with police escort wich i thanked god he didn't see because he would of certainly bailed and belive me thise guy sells the best weed in mexico.

and as and extra not american cops are A**HOLES as they have nothing to gain from your arrest, whilst mexican cops are real PIGS as ive had to bribe cops even-tough i did nothing wrong

So, bribery makes a cop arresting you OK, while arresting you because its part of their SWORN DUTIES makes them assholes? Interesting.........I have a TON more respect for a cop who arrests me because its his job to than I would encountering a cop who just wanted to bribe me. Thats the same as robbery in my book, makes the cops bigger criminals than I am, and thusly bigger asssholes as well. I'd rather be arrested because I broke the law than arrested becasue the cop wants to buy himself a Happy Meal

I think your reading it wrong TM. He said " NOT american cops are assholes" He saying the real assholes are the ones in Mexico, the ones who bribe. Not our cops, who are just doing there job. Hes not saying that bribery is ok.

i do think american cops are assholes cuz they "just do it for the rush" quote from barry cooper an ex cop. They have nothing to gain for busting an 18 yr old with an 1/8 he is clearly not a dealer and not a real threat and all those dirty technics to violate your rights like the false positives with dogs so that they can search you car. or when they lie to you and tell you "your friend just told us you have pot so just come clean and ill go easy"even thou your friend never confessed. and another guy posted that a coped framed him although i dont know who it was but its on this thread but i dont want to look for it as thise post is long ass hell.


as far as why mexican cops are crooked they dont earn enough to live they even have to pay for their on bullets. and it the best being able to buy yourself out of trouble for something that really shoudent be illegal. as for US cops they should spend more time busting the more aggressive cocaine dealers who are responsible for murders and kidnappings as their is more money involved wich is kinda what happens here since the cocaine dealers are real cop killers and some of the mexican military kills them without trial as it is impossible to take them to trial. wich i think is kida fair as they deserve the same courtesy we citizens receive from them.

ps mexican cops only take bribes for mminor violations (MJ, traffic violations, underage drinking,)
