| well today my friends and i got very lucky... we were driving to this (what's usually secluded) area and so we parked & we enjoyed about 4-5 good sized bowls of good crystally chronic (there were 4 of us) & one of the people were rolling up a thick j. so eventually (maybe 1hr 30 mins later) we were all done smoking and we just took in the goodness of the weed smoke & then had this HUGE laughing session but then a few of us realized how bad we had to go to the bathroom from drinking SO much cuz we had major drymouth earlier from smoking alot so me and my friend decided (both of us girls) to go and pee off in the cuts near the bushes & trees & stuff like that so she went first and came back all refreshed so then i went for it & everything went well... we go back to the car and everyone's enjoying a cigarette... when what-do-u-know, about 20 mins after that the cops roll up in this big ass station wagon police car(wagon) & we all kinda got scared like, "oh ****, wtf?...(i had like about half an 8th left on me & the other people in the car had about half an 8th on them also, good sh*T too AND my nice glass pipes!) but eventually everyone in the car just kinda played it kewl, i mean there was no weed around for them to see cuz it was securely in my bag (girly purse...whatever u wanna call it )& they couldnt smell anything cuz everyone in the car was smartly smoking a cig. at the time and so the one cop was like, "alrite, let's get outta here, we dont see or smell anything!" it was the greatest thing ever! cops f$cking suck, man but today was just our lucky day, obviously! after that of course we left that particular area and went to another spot & smoked way WAY more... good times... good good times.... | |

| Hahaha, that's what me and my buddy did too when a cop almost busted us, he took half an aeth off my buddy but I didn't give him mine. He let us off because we didn't have records or weren't on probation or anything. Of course the first thing to do after experiencing a major buzzkill like that is to go and smoke a pile more!!! I believe, "let this be a lesson to you two" were his parting words!!

| Well sorry to be the stick in the mud but if your smoking in a public place or in your car and either get busted or almost get busted imho you get what you deserve. Alls we need is more people to get caught it gives us a great image of careless pot smokers. And also hey the cops are doing their job dont be angry with them for what they are told to do. And certainly if you think they suck so bad dont call them the next time you need them, settle things your own way if they are such a burden to your outdoor smoking adventure. Tsk tsk maybe im being too hard on the girl.. Cleric![]() |

| Yeah, you're being too hard. They're just doing their jobs? Well, they're the ones who chose those jobs. The nazis were just doing their jobs, too. Just because you are paid to do something doesn't make it alright. And you say we get what we deserve if we are caught smoking? Do you really think we deserve to get in trouble for weed? According to the law that's what we deserve, but that is irrelevant. The law is wrong, and we should not allow it to deter us from doing what is truly right. | |

| Yeah...cops are just doing their jobs. But come on really, there are as many ideal cops as there are ideal people in the world. I've met many cops, usually in a "we're suspicious of you for something" enviroment or while being pulled over and i have to say, where i live in vermont 75% of all cops are just jerks to begin with. They treat kids like they have no rights, twisting their words to make it SOUND like they have the power to make you or tell you to do something which they have no right to do. seen it a gajillion times, seen people fall for it too, so sad =( one night years back i was in a public place in the middle of town (small town) with a large group o townies. Well it was like midnight, people were getting kinda loud and some idiot decided to turn his car stereo on. Not to mention other drugs, but i feel it is important to the story so i'll admit we were quite drunk having just left a party. Well because we were dumber than dirt it took is abouyt 10-15minutes to figure out where we were gonna go, all we know is we should leave this place. Sooo, we get up to leave, and start walking off RIGHT AS the state trooper pulls up with a backup car right behind. i look over and see the yellow reflective stripe...ooh crap. Of COURSE they hop right out of their cars and run right up to us ignoring the other 2 dozen or so people because it looked like we were trying to make a break for it. So me and my friend (my other friend had the amazing luck of going off to take a piss before the cops came) have the wonderful task of talking to the quite pissed off cops. They tell us they can smell alcohol on my friend's breath (somehow not mine) and they hell him he HAS to come to their squad car...and he says OK! (*captainchronic smacks his forehead*) i couldn't belive it. Well while they're following my friend back to the cop car the cop tells me " YOU! Stay right there!" i simply ask "why?" second state trooper: "Because he told you too!" (what the hell) i say if i'm not under arrest i'm leaving, turned around and walked off into the darkness and too my friend's house to hide out. eek that was long. |

| Put it this way. Cops are people too not all of them are the crooked bastards out to get your budz. They're not stupid either they understand the situation regarding herbs and **** and most of the time if your carrying around a dime or so they're not gonna arrest ya for it. But some cops are plain power tripping cock suckers. take the cop at my school for instance He's the biggest prick. He doesnt care if your wrong, right, guilt, not guilty he doesnt give a ****. The only thing he cares about is getting his ass kissed and ****ing students over for stupid ****. On the last day of school some kid brought like 800 stickers from a radio station and was givin them to kids and i guess someone put a sticker on my friends backpack. and Peeps were just putting them everywhere on poeple, lockers etc which isnt nesaccarily a good thing. but there only stickers..anyway some kids put them ALL over the bathroom and my friend was walking through the hall with a sticker on his bag and the cop took him to the bathroom and made him clean it all up otherwise he woulda arrested him and gave him a disorderluy conduct ticket. And the thing is my friend was just some random kid walking to his classroom with a sticker someone put on his bag. That kinda **** is unjust punishment and the cop only did it because he wanted to see a kid clean the ****in bathroom. Cops like that will get whats comin to them because all there spreadin is hate and bad karma so im not even worried about it but ****. I bet 90% of the kids in our school would gladly like to meet him in a dark alley with a 9 milli, not sayin they should but if i took a poll thats what the results would be. | |

| The worst memory of smokin was way back in my sophomore year of H.S. right after a major party. Well anyways I was at this party just chillin with my friends, there was mostly jocks and very few chicks at the party, so there was lots of beer, but little bud. Since I don't like drinkin all that much (I really hate throwing up), me and my pals decided to go to one of there houses to toke and talk away the night. At about 3 in the morning I decided I better jet and proceeded to drive home until I realized I was so stone blown it was getting hard to see. I remembered where there was this vacant house on my way home where no one had lived there for a few years, so I could just chill till I started to come off my high. Well I proceeded to turn my heater up to keep me warm and my radio up to keep me awake, unsuccesfully, my last memory was looking at the clock as it read 3:25. And then I woke up to the sound of someone tapping on the passaner side window and the clock reading 4:15 and since this was the middle of January the outside of my car had all this fog on it from the heat on the inside and I had no idea if some hook-man or axe murderer was trying to get in (I was pretty paranoid at the time so don't laugh). I quickly put the car in reverse (since I fell asleep with it running for over half and hour, man was I stupid) and tried to back out, until I heard "Police, stop!" and noticed the flashing lights across the street. He then proceeded to tell me turn off my engine and exit the vehicle, which I did in a very grogy manner. I knew then I was dead, somehow I had to get out of this, but I wasn't exactly sure what law I had broken, sure I had smoked and driven a car, but when they found me I was parked and didn't have anything on me. I thought I knew what he was going to ask and I knew I would say no, but I was completely surprised when he asked me not if i had been drinking/smoking ,but "Who's in the house buddy?". My reply was of course, "What?", it seems one of the neighbors had called in saying that there was someone vandalizing the vacant house and that there was a "getaway car" in the driveway, I then noticed that there was a total of three cop cars on the scene and that there was already cops inside the house. After seeing that there was no one in the house and that I was alone they then started asking me why I was there and so forth, I then told them the most coherent story I could think of on the cuff, while trying not to call them "dude"(which I did twice but managed to remember to call them officer or something like that), and explained to them I had been sleeping (in order to account for my, ahem, "grogieness"). To which they did the little thing with the flashlight in the eyes "Look left, look right, follow my finger" (that was when I was really scared) and they then spent a good deal of ten minutes searching my car. With all tests past and nothing to be found of unlawfullness, I was let go with a warning (something about "I'll bust you if I see you around this house again"). I then went home and went to sleep after saying my prayers to god and thanking him for allowing such incompetent bastard morons to run our police forces around this country. OK now that was really long. | |

| Dude for real if I slept in my car in the wee hours after midnight by a vacant house and I woke up to someone tapping on my window but I couldn't tell who it was because the windows were all fogged up, trust me, high or not I'd **** my pants. That's not the sort of thing you want yourself involved with. What I'm surprised about is why you didn't just tell the cops that you were going home and got tired so you pulled over to relax for a bit? I'm sure that would have explained a lot to them. Also I'm kinda uneasy that they searched your car. Did they ask you if they could? There really wasn't any probable cause that would lead them to search the car. |

| Yeah, after I thought about it I was kinda wondering why they searched my car, I mean I was high but there was no smell and I had used eye drops to take out the redness. I guess his probable cause was that I was "tresspassing" and that it was late at night. In fact I've never been asked if it is alright to be searched, the cops down here just do it when they feel like it. I know of at least three people that have been busted for having weed in their car, and to my knowledge they knew and wouldn't willfully give permission to have their car searched. One guy I knew was stopped and the cops supposedly "knew" he had some (he didn't); the cop the proceeded to not only search the car, but cut the upholstery and seats to try and find some. Ended up that the cop was wrong and the precinct had to pay for the damages, but really the cop lost nothing it really cost the tax payers a few hundred dollars to fix a dumb cops mistake. | |
