I got busted today, and right at school too. Heres how it happened. I was called down to the office by the vice principal, when I got there him and the police officer assigned to our school told me they need to take a look in the car.

So I go out to my car with them, and the cop says to me "There appears to be a pipe used to smoke marijuana in your car."

Sure enough, I left my cd case open, and sitting with just the bowl exposed was a metal pipe I kept in there. Well, he searched the car, and luckily didnt find anything else.

As things turn out I'm just looking at a fine and three days suspension to get ripped every day during. Things could be a lot worse, so I guess I can't really complain.

you only got 3 days suspension for a pipe? where i come from, anything slightly related to marijuana, your gone, on the spot, no questions asked. If you even smell like it you get demerits. If you have cigarettes, 15 demerits (5 day suspension,) lighter, 5 demerits. ah well, good luck, and life goes on

Sounds like something I wold do. Three day suspention for a pipe isn't much at all, just be glad they didn't find anything else.

hehe, they found a wooden pipe in my van, and i just said someone left it in my van, i didnt know it was there, and i didn know who did it. They believed me and i got no penalties.

Damn, i need to say something i just remembered. I have never EVER put anything like bud or pipes in my locker ever for 3 years of highschool, and then i did one day just for a period, and then over the intercom, they locked down all the classes because there was a suprise drug bust, and they brought dogs and stuff in to stiff stuff out. When they said that a lot of people ran out of their classes to go get their stuff from their cars, but they were caught by the police because its kinda obvious if their having a drugbust and some people start running out of the school. But this day, i put a nice ass sherlock pipe in my locker, and i was VERY VERY paranoid, i knew that i was caught. And after that period was over i went to my locker expecting cops to be right next to it and there wasnt any. So i quickly got in it took the pipe and put it in my bag. I cant believe the dogs didnt sniff it out, it was REALLY smelly. Maybe they didnt know cuz i had it in a beanie, and my dread hat, but i consider myself to be VEEERY lucky, i think you would agree with me on that. I just wanted to say that.

I know of at least 2 incidences where dogs didnt sniff out dope when they should have.

Once just after a party, the smokers had mostly all left and the apartment owner had a stash of hash under his bed.

Once a few friends of mine took a ferry from Morocco to Spain with a big plate of Moroccan hash. I would never have behaved the way they did, they smoked dope in their car before driving onto the ferry. At the Spanish side the customs had a dog sniff around the car. Didnt pinpoint anything.

If theres just too much to smell, I dont think they can zero in properly.

Is'nt it legal to have a pipe?
You could say it is for smoking tobacco or whatever
but its legal, or you couldnt buy in a headshop.

Wow, 5 days out for cigs? thats insane at my old school we only got saterdays. As for the pipe thing, yes pipes with marijuana resine are very illegal....

Thats why you always remove the bowl when your anywhere near a school. If it doesnt have a bowl it cant be considered a pipe.

I got 3 days suspension for posessing cigarettes. 3 days suspension for a pipe is wrong! It should'nt be like that, a pipe itself is not marijuana, so why should you get busted? I understand the resin making it a reason to bust you, but still ...

With marijuana, you would get like 60 days of AEP (Alternative Education Program) here.
