yea they talked to the board of ed and now they're expelling me for 180days as opposed to 10days which is what the officer of our school said would happen. i've never been involved with the law, and have a good record. infact, i never ever sold marijuana and am against the selling of drugs. i wanted to sell the bag i had left to a friend. i think i'm going to have to get transfered to another high school now.

anyway, i have to go to court about this. on my first offense would this be considered a felony? I know selling usually is but i'm not sure about this case. i know lots of ppl in our school who sell to everyone, but this was one bag to a friend, a one time thing. And do you think I will be doing time in jail? I'm 16, a minor, and was just wondering how it is going to affect my way in getting into college etc. thanks for ur time.

Trust me ADR, you never know what they can do to you.

If it were anywhere else but in a school (stupid btw universaly stupid) than the fines would be black and white, probably 6 months probation with random drug tests and some amount of community service. BUT since its a school who knows what your looking at. Have you taken a gander at the www.norml.org site and looked up your state laws yet? If not i suggest you do so. Good luck, and everyone makes mistakes, its learning from them that is the real issue.

Weedzinger- I hardly see this as getting off topic. People are merely discussing their opinions very much as you have discussed your opinion that you think they are fighting about stupid things. Dont worry about things getting off topic, thats my job and if i notice it, the thread will be dealt with as such, but for right now i dont see anything wrong with this exchange of opinions.

You're lucky they didn't expel you for good. A kid from my high school got busted and they booted him for good.

i never bought any at school. this creepy narc guy tried to sell me a joint, but i was way too smart for him. plus i got my own stash anyway and don't smoke the $5 chronic schwag he was selling. he was pushy too.

don't do weed business at school. it's really not worth it. penalties are higher and there are teachers and annyoing kids everywhere. and you can smoke when you get home.

In my school if you're caught smoking it, selling it or even posessing it, it's instant suspension with recomendation for expulsion and treatment program.

To be honest, I hate smoking at school, it's too risky. I've bought bud off friends at school however. I bought a 5-piece in the computer lab, but for larger purchases usually I just go to the bathroom and exchange there.

I don't like to do it because the guy I get it from doesn't want to be considered a dealer, and he really isn't, he's just got a lot of good hooks and wants to help out.

Anyways, if you're going to do anything in school, make sure you take a lot of care, never exchange or talk about it in public.

I pretty much always get my stuff from people at school. It's safer becuase you know (well I do) who the people are that your getting it from. Plus you see them them everyday and that's always good. If I'm not comfortable exchanging it in school I'll wait untill after or go in the bathroom or something.

At my school if u get caught as far as I know, its a 1 day in house suspension. The only real problem is if your on a sports team cuz then your suspended for the next 2 games or meets or for 2 weeks which ever is worse in your case.

violence is bad. krippul, i tottaly understand wanting to beat the **** out of someone, but the only thing itll do is hurt the person and most likely get you into more trouble. Just be smart, cooperate, and forget about it. There are some many stupid people out there today, and beating the **** outta em isnt gonna help.


The only time i mess with pot at school is:
1. When im selling to someone i know very well.
2. Buying from someone i trust.
3. Smoking during lunch, and thats the only time i ever bring anything to school.

bringing pot to school is a risk lots of people are willing to take. lots of people here will say its stupid to even think about messing with pot at school. If your careful, smart, and obviously NOT stupid, you should be fine.

In my state, most drug penelties are alot harsher if they are anywhere near a school. I never bought anything at school really, it was usually pretty schwaggy stuff.
