I'm thinking of studying abroad in London, England next year and I was wondering if it was easy to get pot over there. Is it prevalent? Are the cops strict?

i believe they just did/ or will reclassify cannabis as a class 'C' drug
what does this mean?
if a cop ever makes a big enough deal about someone toking, worst u can get is a ticket

from what i've heard the weed in england isn't very good at all, i think they mostly have hash there. shoudn't be too hard to pick some up there

Well that's clutch as hell that you can smoke and basically get a slap on the wrist compared to the states...

As for the dope quality, I thought I heard some Brits talking like they cut their dope with tobacco.... which would explain a lot to me

Yeah man england is moving towards legalization fast. class C drug means, well, that marijuana is classified along with other drugs like horse steroids! Look on my.marijuana.com for articles about englands move towards legalization. I am not really sure about quality but in europe they use a lot of hash and hash oil, very potent sh*t

most Europeans smoke weed or hash mixed with tobacco(unfortunately I do so as well although I hate cigs, damn peer pressure huh), get used to it.

hash oil is rare in most places in europe as well. mostly home made.

theres weed in england, and it's pretty good. expect the bud to be good in any place where the weed market is big enough.
gotta be lucky to get it on the street though.. and when you buy some, insist on seeing it before you buy it, so you dont get dirt for 20 pounds like a friend of mine..
