I just learned that this great kid from work and his family were in a terrible car accident. He was a fellow pot smoker and just gave me three bowls for my friends and I. He is bleeding somewhere in his brain and he broke several bones. The tragedy is that his younger sister, who's 7, died as a result of the accident. I ask you to smoke a bowl in his honor because he really is a warm, kind kid full of potential. I know he'd appreciate it.

Sorry to hear about that, my cookie tomorrow will be in honor of him.

I also had some bad news on Friday. Turns out my grandmother went to the hospital with stomach pain - she has cancer in the bowels and liver. She already had one operation, she should be having one in a few days for the liver. The worse part is my grandfather is very sick right now, and if she dies I doubt he would want to live.

But that's life, life and death have to balance eachother. It's just the time when they are in pain is when it sucks

Dude that sucks that your friend got in an accident, he sounds like a good guy. Is he going to be OK? I will pray for him.

Well, some semi-happy news about my friend. They set his wrists and no longer needs the breathing tubes. He sat up and tried to remove it himself. The doctors stepped in and when he regained his breath, he said,"I can breathe." That's the Cory I know and love. Also, a co-worker of mine travelled to see Cory in the hospital and when Cory saw this friend walk in, he sat up and flipped him off with a smirk on his face.

Hooray!

It'll take a few weeks to see if there was any brain damage as a result of the accident.

I'll keep y'all posted.
