Holy SHeetBalls. I just got back from my friends, He just got in deep doo doo with the cops. It was Like this...........


About 2 months ago, My friend and this other kid i HATE where driving around a parking complex and decided to smash a car window in and steal some old model trains. They took the booty and held onto it for a while. He told me a few days after and told me, i called em a loser cause stealing is just wrong. anyways he needs some bud money so he sais, hey i got an idea, i should pawn off those trains. "yeah sure go ahead".
And this is when things get weird. When he goes to the pawn shop, The guy he ended up stealing them from, was the owner of the car, and the pawn shop clerk. he gets questioned and the clerk took his liscense plate #, and my friend drives off thinking everythigns cool.

Ok well, Now we are sitting up in his room, no one is home, puffin on the bong listening to music, when his dad yells up for him. Im thinkin ahh crypes hes gonna bust us for smokin. my friend walks down stairs and im sitting here like, ahh man not again. Then he yells for me to come down and i suck it up, and walk down.
" meet officer *****." "hello i need to ask you a few questions" Now at this point im trembling with fear cause im baked, an officer is here, i wreak like pot, and theres about a dub of weed with several pipes and bongs. And 2 palnts in the closet.
Then he asks me my name, age, DOB, address.
and alos asks me "where i was on monday blah blah blah, did he mention this to you, where u with em?"


ok blah blah more questions, I tell the truth cause i wasnt gonna lie. so then he goes ok thatll be about it.

now i tell you i was no way offiliated with this crime, I ddint help him sell, didnt help him steal.

He never found any pot or mentioned it. ( but later i learn he asked his dad)

So im thinkin wheres steve? and look out to see em in the squad car. ahh jeez this is bad im thinkin, I get my jacket, spray febreeze, visine, and get a ride home from his dad who at least didnt think i was to blame.

Damn whata buzzkill. i hope i dont get dragged in this...

Yeah, I agree.. he got what he deserved.. why the hell did he steal this **** in the first place? The way you told the story it seems that they smashed into the car without reason...

It's wrong for him to steal but I hope you didn't say anything that would incriminate him in court.

I don't understand how they could arrest him for having the property? Couldn't he just say someone sold it to him, or that he found it somewhere. I mean concluding that he's the guy who broke into the car cause he walked into the pawn shop with it is a huge leap.

I'm not 100% sure about this but i'm pretty sure that you can be arrested for just the posession of any stolen goods, it doesnt even matter if you bought it un-knowingly

I just talked to him and he said they just brought em in for questioning, But He isnt the brightest bulb on the tree, and he told me he confessd to stealing it.

I never ratted him out, and i hope they dont bring me into court as a witness or whatever, because i did have knowledge of this stolen property.

And he had no motive, hes just a punk if you want to put it bluntly. and the kid he was with ALWAYS steals stuff.
I know hes gonna get busted on this one, for being an acomplis at least.

sorry if the big story didnt make sense, I was really blown.

Yeah, stealing is wrong. Who the f*ck steals model trains, anyhow? I think he got what he deserved. What a dumbass... selling the stolen goods to the guy he stole them from. lol!!!

but it ended all he stole, a police scanner, some model cars and trains, 7,000 bucks it was worth!!!

we figured maybe 200max, we where just gonna buy more weed with the money

model trains are damm expensive, i have some HO Scale and my dad has a garden railraod and its like C$400 for an engine...a small one...some go for up to $2000 so yeah they are expensive
