well i went to school today in a great mood. and my friend gave me an awsome one hitter pipe for free. i couldnt wait to try it this weekend in town because it looks like a cigerette. so after lunch i had somthing in my mouth tabacco chew and one of the lunch monitors caught me. so she took me to the princabals office they asked me where i got the chew. and my friend gave me a dip so i had no can. so they told me to empty my pockets they didnt find anything then the looked in my socks and it was there. so they are charging me with posssesion of paraphanalia so i have to goto youth court a rehab support group thing and maybe even probation

errr me madd !!!!!!!!

All for a bat hit? What's this world comming to? Rehab doesn't work unles your willing to go, so that will just be a waste of everyone's time. Sorry you didn't eve nget to try your new pipe out...that's the way it goes sometimes. Just be thankful you weren't suspended, I think...

Very seriously, I think even in a school you can refuse to be searched. I mean, ESPECIALLY to the principal let alone a cop. I'm sure your parents could override this decision, but I would have held on as long as possible.

If your a student, at school, you have NO rights. I learned the hard way. Look at the rules and guidelines book the school requires to be signed. You'll see.

How old are you? If you are 17 and you live where I live in IL you get sent to jail. They handcuff and walk you out and everything. This one kid had a pipe on him, and he got 10 days out of school suspension, plus went to jail.

umm im not sure if you have to be 17 to be arrested.. im almost 16 and they took me out in handcuffs and brought me to the station
