i met her saturday and we got along pretty well, we were both a little shy and all, but it went all smooth. Sunday she called my house several times, but i wasnt here Today im meeting her again. Shes very good looking too, nice long curly hair

Ive met some cool people on the net.

One girl that i met was totally cool but i do wish i had a clearer picture of her before i decided to go to another state like that lol. But still i think she was the coolest chick i have ever just hung out with, even if she did really want me and i didnt feel the same.

Other than that i have only met one other person online and well thats a whole other story. I feel bad cause i umm kinda called her and umm well i was weak and she was willing and umm we ended up foolin around not the bad thing but other bad things and well i didnt really have an aim to stay with her or anything and i might have led her on. *shrugs*

Ahh well thats life i guess, nothin that hasnt been done to me many times.

Whenever i meet people from online i generally have mace or a knife on me just in case And i never bring drugs.

for me the online thing has never worked, the few people I have met through the internet all seemed to be kinda whack.
But I'm not saying the internet thing doesn't work, I have a friend who's getting married to a girl he met on the net, they've been together for 3 years, and other friends that have had plenty of action from meeting people online.
As for me, I don't have luck with it.

Standing right behind me is my new good friend, Melissa. I met her on Yahoo and it turned out she lived down my street. As a cashier at a nearby discount superstore, it turns out that we have seen each other on countless occasions, just not actually been introduced. We hang out every day, especially since she likes to partake in smoking the herb. I've also met a friend down state and hung with him a bit after talking to him online for several years. I went to Ohio to meet Bailey1138 and Schwadood at a Rusted Root concert but there was a crowd and we never met up. Hopefully, they are to drive up here at the end of this month to camp with us in the woods. I am really looking forward to it.

I did let my folks in on the matchmaker thing after her and I had a baby boy and were together for like almost 2 years. I'm glad other people worked out on matchmaker too!

i felt very compelled to reply to this thread as i am meeting an internet aquaintance TOMORROW!!! i am so damn excited and reading this has made me a little more relaxed about the whole thing as i have been feeling a little apprehensive. i mean we have spent months talking on line and on the phone and we are finally meeting. what if he doesn't like me? what if i don't like him? what if i like him too much? damn. AND i am doing something that i said i would never do....never say never. i know we are going to have a great time together. woo fuggin hoo!!!!!
