I have never chated with girls on the net with intent of meeting them you know? It has never been my cup of tea, but this last sunday i was bored and stoned so i decided to turn on IRC and chat a little. I just left my thing on and let people come to me, after about 30 minutes of pure boredom a girl starts to talk with me. We chat there for 2 hours of this incredible conversation that i rarely have with real people, like it was fate for us to meet.

Today she sent an email so we can talk some more, mid night was the time set for us to chat using IRC, but i was at a friends party and got like 5 minutes after she left, but the email said to call her if the cell. If itwas off she was asleep. What do you know?! it was on, she told me to call her normal phone number and i just talked with this girl for the last 2 1/2 hours, i have never talked for that long on the phone, i hate the damn thing, but it was so cool.

I have know ideia what shes like, only that her hair is brown and she is 1,63m tall. She has the nicest voice that just flows thru your brain, like a hot knife cutting butter.

oh well just some stoned rambling...
got to go sleep now, its 3am

You did the right thing by calling, DM. Back when I was a little punk kid I'd go on IRC chat rooms pretending to be many different people, just cause I could. A 16 year old girl, a 50 year old guy... etc... etc... you just never know until you call.

I met my current girlfriend through an online dating site (matchmaker.com.) Just a week or two of writing to girls who wanted to be contacted, and suddenly I had dates lined up with a half-dozen, lonely, cute college-students in the L.A. area.

Girl #2 turned out to be a cool sensitive artist (she came over and we talked all night until 2pm the next day.) So, I cancelled the rest of the dates and spent the weekend with her.

We just celebrated a one-year anniversary. I don't ever tell people that we met online though. There's too much a stigma there.

One day,back when I was in h.s., I had just been home for about an hour,when the phone rang.I answered,and the voice on the other end asked for someone i didn't know.She had the most beautiful voice I'd ever heard,so i tried to think of something to say to keep her on the line.Well, minutes became days,and on to weeks, then the holidays were at hand.Months had passed and we had not met in person.We lived in the same town,just far enough apart for it to be difficult if not impossible to hook up.So, finally we manage through x-mas break to plan to meet on the square,downtown Marietta on Xmas Eve.(There really was a nice square there 33 years ago) I could hardly believe the girl I'd become totally infatuated with,would soon be standing close enough for me to touch.We planned, and waited,and talked,and finally the afternoon came.Since I didn't have a license,i was counting on my buddy to drive ,and he would just hang out while my dreamgirl and i could give a new meaning to "reach out and touch someone".So,here we are,me and my bud with the car,sitting on the square,freezing our A$$ets to the bone,till nearly midnight.
The next morning,from under the tree,my grandmother opened the most beautiful little diamond chipped, heart neckless a boy like me had ever seen.
The girls' mother said only that she had gone to live with her father,and she would give her my message.
I left none.
I wonder if the number's changed??b.s.

short note, i've met hundreds of people at various irc and aol parties since 1992, later on, I met my wife while on irc, and 7 years later. things are still real good.

gotta be careful. but..some people I have met are some of the best I have had the pleasure to hang with.

gotta take the bad with the good. like anything else if you are honest and responsible. you can have some good times.

suede, that is a very touching story being xmas and all, just like a movie

This whole week, we talked on the phone, everynight till 3am. Its the only time she has avaiable to talk, since she has to work and school everyday, and she works on saturdays too. We talked about everything, we shared secrets that i woulnd dare say to anyone i dont trust 100%, things that i have bottled up. For the 1st time in my life i can honestly say that i dont give rats ass to her looks, i have seen her inner beauty...and its the most beatiful thing i have ever seen. And just like suedes girl, she lives just far enough to make impossible for us too meet, even tho she lives in my city.

Its weird how the heart works...funny piece of machinary.

I just got to meet a girl I met in the Marijuana.com chat rooms yesterday. Started talkin to her about a month ago after I found out she lived about a mile from the disc golf course I always play at. I doubt anything will ever happen between us, but I did make a new friend thanks to MJ.com. Woohoo!
