Well I leave tomorrow for like 4 or so days to go to Cancun. It's sort of a post graduation trip. It should be fun, but if you guys don't hear from me in a while it's probably b/c I got Montezuma's revenge or some other scary bacteria, just kidding - I sure hope that doesn't happen.

Most of the water down there is purified now, so you don't have to worry about getting bottled water. Make sure to go to Pericos while you're down there, it is quite a fun place. Fat Tuesday is also pretty fun.

Dont go anywhere alone (i'm sure you heard this one a lot!). Turists get offered all sorts of drugs, dont buy. Just walk away.

I've heard most of the water is pretty okay to drink...but I'm still gonna be cautious.
DM: Yeah I've gotten the talk on staying in a group and not going anywhere alone...I hadn't planned on going anywhere alone anyways. My parents saw the Dateline special on Cancun so they're a little freaked out, but still being reasonable about it.

I bought like 4 rolls of film so I can take a lot of pictures ...when i get them developed, I'll post them if I can.

Hola everybody...as you can tell, I'm back! I had a great time in Cancun except for the fact that it rained almost every day, but it was still awesome. I went snorkeling and horseback riding which were both well worth it. I also had a taxi driver try to sell me weed as well as another white powdery drug which I won't mention. I said no to both, I figured I wait on the weed till I came back. The bars and clubs were all a lot of fun. The market included a lot of in you face pushy salesmen. More details later...adios
