Smile Happy Fathers Day!

Someone please chastise me appropriately if someone has already started a thread to honor the Dads among us, but I don't see it.

I know there are lots of Fathers out there, and I just want to say... Good work! (I think.. if you're a deadbeat who hasn't visited his children or sent a check in 3 years, ignore this message, and SHAME on you.)

Here's to the good guys, and there are a whole lot out there!

Your job is of extreme importance.

And heres to my dad, who ever he may be

(you guys think im joking? )

To all the fathers who actually take the time to be in their kids lives good for you, you will never know how much it means to them.

And to those of you who just get up and walk away from the commitment you started, well lets just hope your kid doesnt make it big someday and you live to regret it.

Hey Ophelia, i think we sound jaded hehe

My dad's a pr!ck. I called to wish him Happy Father's Day today, and he told me to **** off.
He's a piece of ****, and he wonders why I never bonded with him. Takes off when I'm 6 months old, then doesn't show up till I'm 25?! Happy Father's Day my @ss!!!!
I'm sick of trying to win his affections. He can go to Hell.

Cool I Love My Dad

I called my dad last night and said thank you for being there and told him I loved him. Even though he's said it only once to me in 41 years I know he loves because he's always there for me. He's been a real prick at times and I doubted his love more than once, but he's just a close person and his love is a tough love. My dad made me the man I am today.

Love ya, Pops.

Default RIght on!

I'm always late for the cool stuff. Darn. My dad is an awsome friend and role model for me. He's always been there for me, and even when I had no other soul to rely on (including my mother) he was there.

Another father in my life, would be my husband. I'm extremely greatful for being able to share his companionship, and watch him with our children. He is a great dad, always showing them new fun stuff, and hey, what good is a "Good Cop" without a "Bad Cop".

Thanks to all the great Dad's out there, who do their best!!!
