Last Friday I was at a friend's party on the opposite side of town. I drank about 4 beers and 1 shot and smoked about 4 bowls and 1 j. I had my 5th beer in my hand and my bowl in my pocket when I saw 2 cops at the door with a flashlight. I just kinda stood there, and then they told us all to sit down. They asked if anyone was over 21, but no one was. We all got searched - a few kids had beer or liquor on them, and I was the only one with drug paraphernalia on me (they didn't find any weed or other drugs). I straight out told the cop that searched me that I had a Swiss Army knife, a safety pin, and a "tobacco pipe" on me. He asked if that was all that it was used for, and I admitted to him that sometimes it's used for cannabis. (I don't think tobacco's ever actually been smoked out of there) They also ended up taking a 3-foot Kenny (from South Park) bong and letting everyone else go with a call to their parents.

When they were searching me at the police station (right across the street from where my dad and I work), I told them about little baggies and cigarette papers in my wallet. They took those, which they were probably going to find anyways, and finished up my booking. I stayed in a cell for a little bit, then walked across the street with my dad to [our place of business].

The worst thing that came out of this is probably my parents constantly bitching about it. Other than that, I've been seeing a lot of cops and random people walking and driving around all the time now (or maybe I'm just too paranoid). I smoked a couple of times since then, but I'm definitely only doing it indoors in a quiet area for now and for if I smoke any time soon.

Damn that sucks dude, I got caught because my damn friend, after he left from a night of smokage, left a LEAF on my FLOOR! My dad found it, and bam, I'm in deep ****. I've slowly began building their trust back, and I still smoke, but am a lot more discrete about it. In fact, I only smoke at home at night and when no one else is home, and I smoke at friends houses. Try that, just dont go to these huge parties where being caught is bound to happen - they are too obvoius to surrounding parties(neighbors). Just chill with 1-3 friends in someone's house and all will be well. Throw in a scented candle, some opium incense and Pink Floyd, Bob Marely or Stevie Wonder and you're head'll be floatin' two feet above your head! Good luck with the situation.

It's summer time, kids are generally out doing more stupid s.hit all week long. The party that was annoying the neighbors on the weekends, is now happening on the weekdays as well. To the neighbors this can be an increidablly nuance, since they have to get up early in the mourning and go to a job. So more people are calling the police, therefore the police must go out and bust more parties. Neighbors will generally be good people if you respect them, and they really dont want to piss you off by calling the cops. Just try to keep it a small afair on the weekdays, and have bigger parites on the weekends. It will cut down on 75% of your altercations with the police.

It seems like no matter how many get posted people still smoke in risky situations.

Well to those i can only hope that once they get busted once they learn from it, **** even i have been busted once and i have ot admit it was because i was being a moronic teenager who thought he was untouchable.

I will be damned if im dumb enough to be busted again! So please everyone take the events in these stories to heart, apply them to your lives and stop taking the risks that could land you in jail. If we feed them more arrest numbers it only helps them wage a war we all cant stand.
