Peace seeker

Hi everyone,

most people here know me as the peaceseeker.
I'm 32 yrs old living in beautiful synny Greece (with other international potheads) and enjoy the landscape and crazy way of living. I was born in the States but grew up here.

I have also lived in Palm Beach, Maryland and London.

I have partied quite ALOT in my life, experimented with off topic drugs (stick to weed if want my opinion!) and have met quite a few lovely girls in my life (hi babes ! xxx)

Until a couple of years ago i used to free dive and spearfish (breath diving) almost to 90ft underwater. Felt bad though killing the fish so i stopped

I snowboard and love free riding on powder from the top of steep mountains.

I listen to all kinds of music (funk, soul, progressive house, chill out, dub, REGGAE, etc) and write my own music too. In my younger years i used to dj in bars and had my own pirate radio station.

I believe weed can be a very healing herb if used correctly.

Dont like rude, uncivilised, lying, egoistic and bad people.

Love concerts and joking around all day long.

23 year old male, live in the midwest *Indiana*, smoke too much (as I am spoiled), really into Native American culture (especially religion), I got two dogs (both half rot/half german shepard, Jack is like 5 and Jill is like 7/8 months or so, and they have an active role as my "kids"), I live with my girlfriend of 2 1/2 years or so, I have too much free time on my hands, I drive a tractor/trailer (semi-truck) all over this country (USA), I like astrology, I don't drink alcohol (any more), and if I had a million dollars --- I'd probobly just roll over and **** <poop, if you will>>>>...

I'm 34 today!!! I love to travel and meet new people. Let's say I am in the medical field. I enjoy what I do. I am married and have 2 children. I smoke at least once a day. Weed is the greatest anti-depressant I have ever found. I enjoy gardening and the outdoors.

More time to share: I've lived in the South all my life, but because my family was wealthy, and because of my career choice, I have travelled alot.

I discovered hooch about a year ago. and like most things in my life if I do it all the way. I have learned a ton on this board and am still learning. I am developing what I like to think of as a group of friends that I would never meet without this board.

If you take the sterotype of "pothead" you could pretty much say "I'm the Little House on the Prarie". If you saw me in the grocery store you would never bet that I smoked! (Well unless I was carrying 4 boxes of Little Debbie's!)

My husband and some of my closest friends know that I smoke. The rest of my family doesn't know. Maybe I'll light one up and pass it around at Christmas LMAO yeah right, one things for sure I'd smoke that one by myself!

Oh well, enough!

surprised I actually read all those... pretty cool stuff. Here's my deal.

I'm a 26 year old male from Boston, graduated from UMass-Amherst a few years ago with my trusty liberal arts degree. For the last few years, I've worked in the car/home audio and video business, and am fairly content with my situation for now. First time I smoked was probably about 12 years ago, but didn't really get into herb until 1999-2000ish. Physically, I'm 6'1, fairly thin, glasses, the kind of guy that can easily hide in plain sight, which explains how I got through high school so easily.

My hobbies and interests are pretty standard compared to my friends. I was in a band for almost 4 years (bass), and spend a good deal of my time seeing live acts around Boston and neighboring cities. A bunch of my friends play out in one fashion or another, from originals to covers to instrumentals, open-mike nights. Nothing better than live music. Nothing.

Well, nothing except live sports, I guess. I have Patriots season tickets, and am currently recovering from a shattered heart care of the Red Sox. I guess most of my interests are things where large groups of people can get together and have a blast for a few hours.

Here are some of my favorites, though these lists will be horribly incomplete.
Music:Black Crowes, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Soul Coughing, Guns n' Roses, U2, Alice in Chains, Deftones, OutKast, Miles Davis, Prince, Parliament, etc.
Movies:Momento, Godfather I + II, Shawshank Redemption, Apocalypse Now, Mystic River (SEE IT NOW!!), Caddyshack.
Books: I've read most Stephen King, Stephen Hawking, Tom Clancy, Mario Puzo. I've also read a lot of Asian lit lately, like the I Ching, Art of War, other classics. Also, stuff about Reiki and other energy healing arts.
TV: I love my Tivo. Also, 24, simpsons, Daily Show, any Law and Order, Joe Shmoe Show, Sportscenter, PTI and Around the Horn on ESPN.

I spend most of my time with either my brother or a friend of mine I've known pretty much forever. Along with two of my old roommates and an ex-coworker/bandmate, my circle of good friends is complete. I am very lucky to have them around, and would be lost without them. I love my cat, my pipe, my family, and my city. Sh*t, my life ain't half bad.

Since I am new I thought I would post an intro.

I am 26 and am a cop in the northeast. After high school I went into the Marine Corps for six years and spent most of that time in law enforcement at Camp Pendleton in CA and Camp Lejeune in NC. After I got out of the Corps I moved back home and joined the local police department where my father had recently retired from. I have a little over two years on the street as a civilian LEO. In my free time I like to work out, hunt, fish, go boating and read. I am also working on my degree in sociology.

Oh and as you probably can figure out i'm not a pot smoker. I tried it a few times in high school but never really got into it. I could really care less about whether or not its legalized. I dont think pot is some evil substance and wouldnt be heartbroken if it were legalized but i also wouldnt really care if it always remains illegal. I dont really have a dog in that fight.
