| I'll try. I'm 41 and just joined marijuana.com yesterday. I've lived the professional life too long (retired HQ military then the business world). Now I want to get back to the level of untrained thought I used to have and let my mind think its own thoughts for a change. How better than with a little safe consciousness enhancement from mother nature? I have three kids: 22, 17, 15. They're living a couple of thousand miles away while my work has plopped me down in SE Ohio for a year. This means that for the first time in, oh... 20 years I'm living alone. I'm going to use the solitude to give my side-line writing career a huge boost. My problem is that since I've spent half my life among the suit and tie types I picked up the mannerisms. I doubt there's anyone out there who would sell me anything. So I'm going to grow a little. I have some ideas for a sweet mini-skrog I'm re-engineering based on one I built a couple of years ago before hitting the business circuit again, but much smaller. So I'm mostly interested in topics like protecting myself when I order seeds, Co2 requirements, odor control, etc... Speaking of which, there's a game out there where you grow and cross-breed your own weed but I can't think of its name. Any help? As for music. I like the old rock, but hit my limit for it a while ago. Strangely, I also enjoy the really old country music - pre-1980. Any of it newer than that sounds formulated to me. My son introduced me to Skinny Puppy, Perfect Circle, Bjork (I saw her movie before he did and it pissed him off) and I found that la-la-la New Age stuff on my own, like Enigma. I like them - and Nickle Creek (it's not country, it's bluegrass). And, although it's not music I like 'ol Jello Biafra. Most of it is fringe stuff, but it's all good. That should just about do it for my intro. Thanks everyone for everything you've taught me so far. You're all an impressive bunch and I wish you the best of luck in everything you do. |

![]() for some reason, i find it very cool to hear about a 41 year old listening to skinny puppy and a perfect circle, although i don't know why you/they wouldn't listen to it because of their age, but its just something i've never thought about. the game your talking about is highgrow. the first two versions were shareware, so after 90 days(or sixty, i forget) the program would stop growing them and say that the only way to continue growing is by sending money but there is a way to get around it. but the 3.0 version is freeware so you can grow for the full 300 days.here is the place to download it. also, if you haven't already seen it, here is our sister site that is all about growing marijuana. it has ANYTHING you would EVER want to know about growing. happy growing, digital or otherwise ![]()

Zoltron: Sublime? I've heard of, but never heard them. I'll have to pick some up and see what I think. Thanks for turning me onto them. ![]() | |
