Activities mostly include reading (I read like a madman), writing, and catching up on the news and all that. In school I didn't do much. I am 3-time Academic Bowl Champion and captain and I play volleyball. (I'm a huge nerd) And although I do not take part in theater, I do enjoy it.

Music: I listen to everything. Super Furry Animals, Tom Waits, Wilco, Peter Tosh, Hendrix, Fiona Apple, Miles Davis, Etta James, Joni Mitchell, Ramones, Bad Brains, Ben Kweller, Ben Folds, Johnny Cash, Marley, just to name a few...

I get a little money for writing poetry and short stories, which I do not understand cause I suck at it, (my first novel is in the works) to pay for everything, so I suppose that is my employment.

I love smoking, and having my own apartment makes it that much better.

I love politics, I guess I would be considered a Democratic Socialist. I am pretty much a radical liberal.

I think, as I am typing this, my girlfriend just broke up with me. Kind of crappy, so I guess I am single.

That's all I can think of. I guess if you want to talk just say howdy and I'll converse...

Hi! My name is Manny, and I'm a 17-year-old high school student living in Connecticut with my parents. I'm 5'10", 170 lbs., and I work at a pizza place. I have never revealed my musical preferences to anyone, because I have no musical preferences - what I listen to comes from more or less all genres of music. I wear jeans and solid-color shirts.

The first thing that most people notice about me is the mass of hair on my face. I haven't shaved or trimmed my goatee or mustache in 2 years, and my sideburns in a year. People tell me that I look like a terrorist and/or Osama Bin Laden because of this, but I'm used to it now. People also tell me that I can do packi runs and buy cigs, but I get carded every time.

I have recently discovered that a person's desire to write stuff to post on message boards is greatly diminished at 4 in the morning. Therefore, I will discontinue my venture into this pursuit for the time being. Maybe I'll add to this eventually.

i am 19 and live in perth western australia

i go to university there, and after starting a bachelor of science i dropped out and smoked weed for a while... now im doing a bachelor of visual arts at a different uni and its way cool, art people are the best bunch of firends ive ever met. i am currently doing painting and photography, but ive done a few other things like jewelry and sculpture as well.

i like to smoke weed, smoke cigs (yes theyre evil) and drink with my friends, we like to just chill out alot too and talk about art and crap. i stopped doing capoeira cos i been lazy lately but i enjoy martial arts alot, as a way to physically express myself. and i got a cool dog named Kaya, its a Japanese Akita, looks like a damn bear lol

best bands are radiohead, vnv nation, prodigy, smashing pumkins, jamiroquai, joy division, bob marley and the cure. i like trance, hard house as well as drum and bass in the electronic DJ scene

i guess i am an Existentialist when it comes to my outlook on life... i love reading the work of camus and kafka, 'The Stranger' and 'The Metamorphosis' are my fave books

My name is Caitlin and I am a 17 year old female. We are rare in here! I live in a suburb of Chicago and I swear, it is just like Pleasantville here. There is nothing to do ever.
I don't have a lot of close friends, but the ones I do have are ones that will be there for the rest of my life. My opinion is quality over quanity. I could have a million friends, but what would be the point?
I am currently single but hoping to change that very soon...
I am a very family orientated person. I have three sisters, two older and one younger. Three of us live with my mom and we are all incredibly close. I party with all of my sisters.
Obviously, I smoke pot. Now that it is summer, I smoke almost every day but I am currently dry and looking. I also enjoy reading, writing, fishing, and anything that will produce a good time. Music is my big interest though. I have played the viola for eight years and will continue to play. I love all sorts of music but I am mainly a rock/alternative fan. Anything with great guitar will suit me just fine. My fav band of all is Incubus.
I will be a senior in highschool in the fall. YES! I'm thinking about going to University of Illinios and becoming a science major. I really enjoy biology and genetics so I will probably work in those fields because they are closely related. I originally wanted to be a freelance journalist but it is such an iffy career and I have to make lots of money. I have very expensive taste...
I have a job now at a hot dog joint and I really don't like it but hey, it's money for now.
I love animals. I found a frog in my backyard yesterday and I wanted to keep it but my mom said no. I have a part Akita and part Husky and his name is Cujo. He is a huge freaking dog but he is the sweetest thing you could ever meet.
That's about it about me for now. Maybe more when I get some pot...

Ok.here we go. I'm 15years old and i'm male. I live in new jersey and am about to enter the 11th grade at a catholic school. I live with my mom grandmother and brother in the ****tyest smallest house in the worst city around here.My parents are seperated and my mom is non existant and even though i live with her.

I play basketball and love it alot. by the time im a senior i'm hoping to make the all county team and at lest get into a decent collage cuz of that.

I love all kinds of music: rock..hiphop..rap..anything really except nsync kinda ****..

I like using the computer and researching things and like watching wierd movies.

I smoke like 4 times a week and just enjoy the high

not sure what to put here so hmm. music is my life right now. though i have been involved with music most of my life i have mainly been involed with computers and computer science over the past five years. im currently saving up money to buy some decent djing equipment (two turntables, good mixer, good headphones, a few needles, records, etc.), but $ has been scarce lately. thinking about transferring to a new school this fall to start back for the 3rd time. i should be able to finish up within a year and a half if i go full-time.

i mainly enjoy electronic music, though my tastes range from Led Zepplin to Mozart to Moby to Paul Oakenfold to Red Hot Chili Peppers. i hope to be spinning progressive trance at local clubs by this fall/winter if all goes well.

i recently leared a couple of hemp braids and have been making hemp jewelry!

id say im a fairly open-minded person. much of my *spiritual* thinking stems from eastern philosophies.

i like dragonball Z, good movies, good music, comedy central (southpark is so funny), chess, philosophical discussions, and of course marijuana!

i smoke daily for both recreational, spiritual purposes, and occasionally for medicinal purposes.

well im fairly stoned right now so ill stop here.

Funny that so few of the 'old folks' have posted to this thread... is that the paranoia that comes from experience? The ever present threat that some bored LEO out there might say 'hey! I know that guy...'? Are we all just too busy? Not me, I'm at work. [but I'll try not to make it easy for the LEOs in my area]

I'm a 40-ish female data analyst currently employed by a large multinational provider of outsource technology. I'm an artist [2-dimensional media, mostly acrylic lately, focusing on photo-reactive pigments] and an author [mostly porn]. I have a lovely little rose garden, two cats, a snake, and some hamsters, and I live in the lush Pacific Northwest, although I was raised in back east. I spent 11 years on active duty with the army, working in intelligence for most of that time.

No kids. One ex, one spouse, and between activism, home, and garden I have too damn much to do. [not complaining, really, I'd hate to be bored]

As for what music I like, lately I've mostly been listening to Nelly, Missy Elliott, Radiohead, Legendary Pink Dots, Muslimgauze, Aphex Twin, Mouse on Mars, Tool, Fatboy Slim, Miles Davis, Ornette Coleman, Kruder and Dorfmeister, and KLF.

I'm sure you now know enough about me to provide hours of entertainment.

My name is Alex, I'm 19 years old, and live in St. Louis. I graduated highschool last spring and will be attending Spring Hill college in Mobile, Alabama in just about a month (really exited about that), where I will be majoring in Business Administration as well as Communications.

My hobbies include golfing, and umm well i guess i don't have many hobbies other than that. I consider myself lazy, but at the same time I'm extremely intelligent and very helpfull. My interests include History (US and World). Things I do everyday are watch T.V, swim in my pool, smoke weed, and at night I love partying with my buddies.

I'm a conservative republican, and the night Bush beat Gore in the national election goes down as one of the best nights in recent history. My parents both are die hard republicans and I suppose I've taken after them. I watch at least an hour of Fox News everyday to keep current on whats going on in the world and at home, and I love talking about the news with my mom.

I smoke about a half an ounce a week, down from an ounce a week about a year ago. I hope before I get too old that Marijuana will be fully legalized in the United States, this is probably what I hope to see most of anything concerning our country. It sure would have a big change on our country I think, not only would it help our country get out of debt.. but at the same time it would be cheaper for the consumers.
