Default Canada

I got home yesterday from my 4 week trip to Onatario. We stayed on a lake about 3 hours north of Sualt Saint Marie. This was without the best vacation I've been on yet, and it was really cheap as well.

I drove up with my dad, my brother, and a couple of my best buds, and my brother had some freinds as well. It was an aganizing drive.. way too long, and very dull. But when we got there, we had a blast. We stayed with one of my dads frat brothers, as well as a couple other families that were there. We didn't have a nice boat because it was only for the adults(bull****), but we did have an aluminum boat that held 6 people, with a 40 horsepower outboard on it. This was great transportation as we were always going to one spot, to another. We were always doing something, if it was jumping off cliffs, stopping by at the bar (lakeside), or just wondering into the woods and toking it up. We spent so much time on the lake, we ended up naming the boat "flower power" because it had flowers on the side of it.. and the last time it was used was back in the 60's.

Canada is such a pure country, the water is CRYSTAL CLEAR, meaning in 30ft deep water you can see the botom of the lake.. i found this to be really cool and spent my time looking over the side of the boat as we drove around the lake. The weather was perfect with not too much rain, and an average high in the low 80's or high 70's. The nice weather allowed us to maximize the amount of time we spent outdoors, and because of that we all suffered really bad burns from the sun.. which really sucked.

I could go on for a really long time with stories of our trip, but i can't make this post too long or nobody would bother reading it
I'm glad to be back in the states, and came home on time for the 4th. I can't wait to read some of the stories that i've missed on these boards. It feels strage being away from your home town for this long, and not having a clue about whats been going on.

So anyways you were in Canada for four weeks and mentioned nothing about marijuana. If you didn't take advantage of the kind opportunities up there i would be dissapointed. Also now that you're back we should try this St. Louis get together again.

Where i was, marijuana is just as illegal as it is here in st. louis, and probably 10x harder to find because there really weren't many people up there.. exept for the vacationers. The only bud we had was an ounce of some kb that i split with a couple of my freinds. We smoked everyday, twice a day for a while but soon ran out. In the last days up in Canada we did get another half from this guy that was up there on vacation too. When it came to loosening up.. we mostly drank

Glad to hear you enjoyed yourself. I certainly enjoy Ontario.. i dunno about the clear water tho, it certainly isn't clear in western ontario, or anywhere near lake ontario, lol.

Where were you exactly? Do you know the town name?

Glad you enjoyed yourself over here

Some lakes are very clear but others (due to algae blooms, polution, etc.) have been pretty nasty. The weather was wa-ay to hot this week (especially Tuesday) but it is getting nice out.

They're not in my area (i'm close to Toronto, but not actually in the city)..

It does suck tho when i go into the city, it smells and all the parks are full of garbage

I say fire 'em all, and contract out like other cities do.

The closest town to where we were wasn't really a town, rather a hardware store, and a gas/grocery store.
