Howdy. I've been dry for about 3 months now, and recently I've had a horrible case of jonesin it. Now, I graduated at the end of may, and so all of my friends have already moved out of town and I'm left fending for myself because I have no idea on a college major, so I have to work to pass the time. I live in a city of about half a million people, a very sizable portion of them here because theres a major air force base. After graduation, I went out of town. When I came back, I found my mom threw away a paper on which I had written down all my dealers numbers. Horribly depressed, I thought I'd never see weed again. Recently, I've been going filling out applications, a miserable two week stint at Burger King failed when I found neither smokes or anywhere near decent cash for all the hard work. Now I am looking for smokes, and I need guidance...

1) Loiter around the mall all day and look for people in Pink Floyd shirts and rasta hats? I'm a mallrat, but being there all day isn't my cup of tea. Pardon the term, but there's alot of "Vatos" who loiter there all day too. They probably get stoned, but even making eye contact with them might get you stabbed.

2) Go to the flea market with the same plan? Same problems, but theres bound to be something found there.

3) Go to Bennigans and talk to a chick I know who smokes more than I did in my prime? Problem : This chick either really likes me or, more likely, really hates me.

4) Sneak back onto the campus of my old school and try to find some pot smoking underclassmen who I may know? Not a bad idea, but I could get in trouble.

5) Several times during those magical pot smoking adventures I ended up driving stoned people home. These were underclassmen, mind you. If I can remember their houses, I can stop by (I was stoned at the time so remembering their houses is harder than you think)

6) Drive down to the college campus and loiter around?

7) Go to the mythical "Pot Smokers park"? I say mythical because I've heard stories about it, I don't know where this is, but if I drive around enough, I might be able to find it...

8) Go downtown and talk to the crackheads?

9) Hang outside a convenience store like Jay and Silent Bob?

I know it sounds like I have alot of options on my hands, but each one of these plans has some sort of flaw to it, it's harder than it sounds. I suffer from the "Clean cut white boy" syndrome, and I'm a general shy guy, going up and saying "Got weed?" is a monumental task for me. Remember, my pot smoking friends have moved out and/or don't want to talk to me any more.

I'd ask the chick- hey, maybe she DOES like you?...Ha, it's worth a shot, man. Think about how happy and relieved u'll be after 3 dry months, if she smokes that much pot and has it.

Other than that...try a skatepark. There are so many teenage-stoners...u may not feel all that comfortable asking around, but screw it...you deserve some pot, man

just make new friends, get to know people, some of them are bound to either smoke or know others who do.

just go ask the mexicans. they always have weed an thats fo sho. im half mex so i have no probs walkin up to some vatos even tho it can be really intimidating. depending on how you are you might have some luck..

that blows ass man. my parents threw away my dealer list also a while back. just hang around some new people, ull definantly find a dealer.

Thanks for the advice. It's always a drag to get ripped off by a stranger. Well, something else came up, so I'll be going up to Colorado Saturday (my brother wants me to visit - I'll write a thread on it when I get a chance.), so I could try some tactics up there or just wait until I get back.
