I'm with those who says who gives a rats a$$. I don't..

Why would it be so hard for him to quit....I've been smoking weed now for 11 yrs, and that's all the time...and I could quite anytime I fealt like quitting, or if I didn't have any money. I wouldn't freak out like I do when I'm without cigarettes(which weed helped me quit smoking cigarettes 18 days ago). Weed is not addictive...it is only addictive to the weak-minded..

I will say the alchohol would be rougher than the weed, but I'm sure he liked pot more than alchohol...

And who has heard of a clean porn-star....lol

I'm with whoever said it was a publicity stunt...just to get people off his back...it was a smart thing in that case...

they will never get off of his back though....ever...

I could be wrong, but I think he may have been ordered by the court system or even the government to say those things or maybe he's even been payed to say it, its all about the money.

He is a big weed icon for many. Its all very logical I think, Media and entertainment these days has a huge impact on society. I'll bet snoop was a big influence for many kids out there who started smoking weed, now all of a sudden snoop dog says weed aint cool. whats next, propaganda filled comercials with snoop saying "don't be a dope".

I'm willing to bet that with out snoop dog as part of the weed culture, quite a few kids wount decide to light up for the first time, and the government knows this for sure. lets see how many other celebertys they will turn. I have no doubt in my mind that any celeberty would sell out for a lump sum of money, no mater how much they say their keepin it real, cuz money makes the world go round aspecially if your a big star and let it get to your head.

As I said, I could always be wrong, but the dea is always lurking in the shadows, so you never know. If he honestly did quit smoking to set his prioritys straight then all the best to him, but somehow I doubting thats the case.

lol, i had that song on like 5 minutes ago. but yeah, all it is is a publicity stunt. stupid, but whatever. it would be funny as hell though if he got busted again sometime after all this sh*t about not smoking.

Nah i doubt he quit....i mean damn he has a green room in his house where he grows his stuff...i havent read all the replies but if he really did quit what would be cool as hell if they would let him sll or even give away his license to smoke weed legally to someone! Damn that would be cool

Yea u heard right....snoop dogg bought a license or prescription to smoke weed.....even everyone at my school says that..plus he tells the whole world he smokes...what just because hes a famous rapper gives him the right to smoke weed without the cops or anyone trying to bust him?? Also, mtv cribs went to his house...he has a green room where it grows..he has a statue with holding a plate with blunts on it and stuff....so yea he has something to be able to smoke weed...
