I used to have a temper problem. I havent had a problem with it til about 5 minutes ago. I just wanted to blow myself up I was so frustated. Arggg....here she comes. B!tch!

I sometimes get angry when driving -- mainly due to the colossal amount of idiotic drivers on the roads! At times work can be a tad stressful too if I'm dealing with painintheass clients. But on the whole I'm a chilled out person.

I used to have a terrible anger problem, I beat a guy down with my math book about two years ago. He said something about me, and I just kind of flipped, and my math book was in my hand, so I smacked him the back of the head three or four times.

for some strange reason i sometimes have an anger management problem w/my family (i don't have a lot of patience w/them) but i think that it's b/c I'm the youngest of six so it's hard for me to get a word in sometimes (they don't think i know anything...surprise: I know more than they think). But I definitely love my family a lot...for me, my family is the most important thing to me. I just tend to lack patience w/them occassionally.

However,....I don't tend to get mad at my friends. even if a friend does something ****ty, I tend not to tell them or i let it build up and just let it all out after many ****ty things have happened. I try to avoid conflict w/my friends ( I think it's b/c friends will disappear way b/f one's family will - at least for me). This is definitely something I need to work on and am slowly working on.

I tend to internalize things if I get angry or frustrated. Very occasionally things slip out though, and it freaks out my friends because I go from mellow to yelling-cussing-fury-of-satan with nothing in between.
