A friend of mine was driving down the highway the other day, and he told me that he saw a sign that read: "If you think it's dry now, wait till November" I believe he told me that it had the DEA logo on it. Has anyone seen this, and if they have, could you take a photo of it so we could all see it? (what is the DEA thinking?)
