Please only answer the poll if you have been charged, (doesn't matter if you were convicted or not) with possession, use whatever, preferably not cultivation, I'm only considering use on this poll. When I have time, I'm going to do a bit more of an exhaustive search in the actual threads. Just trying to get some figures for future arguments....

I have a good lawyer friend who is a DA. He said that 90% of all pot cases he's heard of the person got busted after the cop found pot in the CAR during a routine traffic stop. If you don't want to get caught, don't keep pot with you in your car. Take it home and keep it there.
