#1: In my final year of High School (1992) I had to participate in a debate against a local private boys school on the topic "Marijuana Should Be Decriminalised" (funny considering the private christian school I attended wouldn't allow alcohol to be served at dinners and we were arguing for the topic!!)... anyway these boys were soooooo square that one of them said, and I quote "We can't have druggies <i> shooting up their marijuana </i> then driving off down the road and killing someone..."... the 2 other kids on my team were the roughest girls in my class... the 3 off us could not believe what we had heard and in our summing up we just ripped through every one of their mistakes (there were more off them!!!) It was the only debate in the series we won as we were pretty bad... just lucky on this occassion!

#2: I used to live with my dealer (very convenient) and he had some strict rules about not leaving people out the front in the car, about staying at his house for a minimum of 30 minutes (ie no flybys to arouse the police's suspicion), AND about not saying anything on the phone... MAN some of the conversations I had with stoned dickheads who use the weirdest terms to tell me what they wanted when all we needed them to tell us was that they were going to drop in for a coffee.

according to my girlfriend and her friends "you wanna smoke" refers to tobacco and "you wanna smoke up" refers to weed .

this always annoys me cuz i really see no difference in the two, and they drop their jaws when i break out the weed and start rolling a joint in front of them when all they want is a stoge they always end up joining in tho

This probably sounds really hypocritical, but my favorite expression for smoking up is "smoking the dope." Just sounds classic.

lol my friend who smokes all the time always copies what everyone else says and theya re really stupid terms that sound stupid.
such as when the bowl is finished he says: its pooched, instead of its done, or finished or out. i hate pooched so much.
i used to use terms like and everything but quite frankly i think they sound kinda dumb now, so I just say you wanna smoke up?
Its funny to hear old people say dope. I also like reefer.

im not real big on using stuff like hey wanna blaze a fat sack of ganja? and stuff

heh, my girlfriend always says "Are you smoking the drugs?" if she comes in and im smoking a joint. It weird because i dont consider MJ a drug so it can get annoying but most of the time its funny.
