Just an idea here folks, but if anyone wants to try it out, please invite me, I will bring sick nug.

Here it is:

Someone should host an event like the cup they have in amsterdaam, where you can bring weed (either that you grow or buy, or whatever...i dont care if you steal it from the government) and have a nice smoke out and maybe give out some awards and have just try a lot of different weed.

I think for this event to be possible we would need:

A host, who lives in an area with a lot of hotels and has a living room or area in their house that is large enough to accomadate a couple douzen smokers. ( I would host it, but my apartment can only seat about 7-10 people confortably)

We would also need good correspondence, so that it could stay discrete, I can propose this here but this is public forum so we cannot talk about dates and/or whereabouts on here.

Everyone who wants to participate would have to provide somewhere along the lines of an ounce. But everyone would try everyone else's weed.

The event would have to be at least 2 days length. I am thinking one night, then the next day and night, and into the following day. Need to space out the sessions a little to judge the high.

What do you think? Any add-ons or questions are welcome. if you would be interested in hosting such an event, just get in contact with me or let me know when you're having it at least a month in advance.

Where would this event be held? People who visit this board are from all over the country. Maybe it should be split up into divisions, like regionals, sectionals, and nationals.

But if that was the case then the prize would have to be bigger - I highly doubt a California smoker would fly or drive to, say, Georgia for a competition to win a couple ounces of pot.

Just some rambling ideas

Kind of like a big barbeque. That would be fun!

The stuff I had last night would be grrrrrrreat - it didn't get me quite as high as some other stuff, but it tasted goooood.

We've got something like that here, in a weed town called Nimbin. They hold an annual "Marijuana Mardi Gras", a lot of shops in the one street town have photos of the event pinned up all over the walls.

I've also heard of something called the "Oz Cup", but that's about all I know about it...
