hey everyone,

well i got back from visiting germany about a month ago. i was there for 10 days. i was visiting a girl whom i had dated while she was in america for a year on an exchange year.

so i arrived there and it was very interesting for me. iot was the first time i had ever been out of the country, and i was traveling to germany all by myself.

but i got there and everyone was very nice. one night when i was there the girl i was visitng had a bunch of people over. and a couple of them were rolling some joints, and i felt a little ackward asking if i could join in, but the my host asked if i them if they minded if i smoke, they said no. so i went out and smoked with them. the weed wasnt exactly top quaility, but one reason for that is they put in tabbaco in it. so that was a nice experience. the pople i smoked with didnt know all that much english but eventually they came out of thier shell and started to talk more to me, most the time we talked about smoking and weed.

and then on new years (sylvester... did i spell that right?) we got drunk, and then everyone after midnight decided they wanted to go to bed, but i was still pumped and good to go. So i went with one of my host's friends to a party, where i just sat and smoked for a couple hours straight.


it was just an interesting. it is really cool to see how things like that can bring people together. even though i really dont know any german what so ever, adn most the poeple i smoked with didnt know much english, i was still able to sit and just have a chill time with them.....

just thought i would share that....

see thats what is wierd... it is sapposedly illegal... but it seems that people turn the other cheek and dont really mind it.... also i guess for some reason it is legal to have seeds.... i forget how but they mentioned that it is legal to own seeds.... but not to grow them....

Five grams or less is considered a "Personal consumption " amount.

How strictly that is enforced varies from State to State.

i have no idea how much its costs.... but i personally would be a bit sceptical about buying in a different country when i dont know the language.

i went to germany for 2 weeks over the summer, and i was lucky enough to have a friend there. he walked into a cornerstore and bought 3.5 grams of some of the highest quality bud ive smoked/seen for 25 euro. im not sure if just anyone could do that though, my guess is he was somewhat friends with the storeowner...who knows. but as far as prices go, 25 euro for 3.5 grams. (by the way, i was in hamburg, and did see several people rolling up on the street, and even saw 2 guys smokin joints outside of city hall!)

I lived in Germany for 2 years and enjoyed much of it. I tended to just drive over to Amsterdam in the Netherlands to purchase weed, as it's alot cheaper and of higher quality. Anyone contemplating a trip abroad shoudl really learn some ofthe language first. I never do, and it's rude (as I am) to assume others will speak English.
I found many friend in Germany and it was all thanks to Beer and Cannabis. Things like that really open people up.
Munich is great in late September and Early October, right around Octoberfest. LoL
I never made it to Berlin, but everyone who I know that made it there said Frankfurt and/or Heidelburg (which were closer to where I lived, Mannheim) were more picturesque with more to do.
I finally learned enough German before my departure to order beer of different varieties and just enough to pick up a woman. I must admit that in the Netherlands alot more people (and I mean ALOT) spoke English.
