I've read that in Spain, marijuana is only a ticketable offense, and not strictly enforced in many areas. Consequently, there are bars where people openly smoke joints. I'm going to Madrid for sprink break in a week, and I'm wondering what are some bars I should check out, are there dealers at these bars, and, if not, where can I buy? Thanks.

I went to spain for a while, and while I couldn't find any weed, it seemed like every other person wanted to sell me hash (cheap too). I was in Barcelona, so it might be different. Good luck

Ya bro getting weed is incredibaly rare here in Spain. I have only gotten a hold of some 6 times or so. (which one time happened to be the weed that won the cannabis cup this year yahoo) The reason why is that the climate to grow weed is not ideal, and thus as a result the Spaniards prefer to produce hash. (which is really cheap)

dude, are you sure that smoking pot in spain is that safe, I guess that in small towns no one gives a crap but I would watch out about what I do in the freaking CAPITOL city. Really if you wanna smoke watch out.

As to the buying process, mmmmm... I guess you should just sit at some run-down bar and look out for any weedy lookin guys and ask them.
