| How could they not have noticed an unmarked car?!? Around here, it's so abvious. Lumina's with no hubcaps. You could see it a mile away, they look identical to regular cruisers. They're constantly parked next to the police station, so some of my friends have taken to writing down the licence plates for future reference. That is a funny story though, I can think of a bunch of people who would consider that their worst nightmare.... |

| Yeah I think cop cars and undercover cop cars are easy as hell to spot, if you know what to look for. The normal undercover cops here are usually Impalas, just very obvious. There is a new one that's a Silverado, it's so ****ing impossible to spot if you're not looking for it. I wouldn't have EVER guessed if I was driving next to it, luckily it pulled someone over in front of me and I could see his lights...If I see that again, Hopefully I'll know. |

| The car type varies. In new york they use crown victorias for county and cameros and victorias for state. Where do you guys live. -the captain |

| My bad, I meant Impalas, the Luminas are the old models. From what I've seen, most unmarked cars in Ontario fit this description. |

| i think the unmarked over here are crown vics. Its blatantly obvious that they r ghost cars tho. They all look identical to eachotehr except for the slight variance of which tan they decided to paint it. Also, the cage seperating the back and the huge antaenna on the back of the car kinda sets it apart from others. I can even tell if it is a ghost car if it is behind me at night and really all i can see is the headlights...that saved my ass once. peace

| At least where I am they are getting better unmarked cars, not so good for people like me, but finally showing some sense. They are buying up old beaten trucks (Fixing the engines) and just really bad cars. It's still relatively simply once you figure it out, I can normally spot an unmarked, sometimes 1 or 2 slip past me though, thanks to these new (old) cruisers

| They're not always impalas and such. ![]() My uncle, who's the sherriff of my county, drives a candy-apple red mustang. There's also a highway patroller who has a 'vette.
