Nope, the laws, or more correctly, lack thereof, won't be reinstated until at least next Monday. The legislature is on a week break right now, so the recent ruling by the Superior Court is benchmark right now.

Like ZeroCulture, I also tested out the ruling in public. Went down to the beach with some friends for the 24 weekend, and smoked at the port all afternoon. We saw a cop that was patrolling, and we asked him if the local force was enforcing any laws this weekend. He said that in light of the court ruling, and due to the fact that they're more worried about the drunks down in port, they're not stopping anyone from smoking, as long as it isn't on private property. Trafficking will be dealt with though, that wasn't included in the court hearing.

So in short, we had a really nice day...
