Ayt, this goes WAYY back to the day. Days when I was sterile
Alright, when I was about 11 3/4, I was into StarCraft and all that good stuff. I joined a 'clan' called DoS. (Defenders of Sargas)[dontask].

Anyways. My name in the clan was called NoHope. After about 3 months of being in the clan, another guy joined named NoForce. We would always have arguments over who should retain title over the "No" name.

Later on he changed his name to RedChronic, obviously I didnt know what that was. He was 13, I was close to turning 12.

Anyways, we've been really good "BUDS" online for the last 3 1/2 years or whatever howlong its been.

About a month and a half ago, I took a bus to Asheville NC (2 hrs from where i live, Charlotte NC) where he lives. I knew he smoked weed, but he smokes ALOT of weed. Prolly life an ounce a week. Hes almost never sober its soo funny.

Anyways. Moral of this story, is that internet people can turn out to be your best buds. Ima prolly visit him next week too. Im 15 now. Hes 16.

Anyone have any internet to reality stories?

ok, so about 2 years ago, my friend Chris is on Direct Connect (a napster type program) and whatever he's downloading is going really fast, so he sends an instant message to that user and they start to talk. Chris finds out his name is Derek and that we all live in the same city. pretty cool. So Derek and i start talking on msn and i find out he lives 3 blocks away from me.

As cool/odd as this sounds, here's the kicker: we havent actually met yet. he's one year younger than me, and goes to the high school that is right beside my high school.

back in august or september,i made some psychadelic videos and made a shortcut to them on these boards for anyone who wanted to see them. one user sent me a private message all those months ago asking for help getting the videos, as he was having troubles. so about one month ago im bored and decide to look at my PM's (i never do). and i see this.

so, i sent the user an e-mail saying if he's still interested, i can help him out. he adds me to him msn list the next day and i help him out connecting to my FTP. and when he's connecting to me, i can see the name of his Internet Service Provider. Turns out he too is in my city. also one year younger than me and goes to a high school on the other side of the city.
we have yet to meet in person.


so yeah, theres my 2 stories.

As crazy as this sounds, i meet up with a girl i meet on the net. She did live a few hours away, but i was travelling there for other reasons.
We met, hooked up and had great sex oh yeah, we almost got caught by may parents, now that was close.

When i 1st got into herps (reptiles and amphibians) i met online a dude that lives like 2 states away. At 1st we would only talk about reptiles and stuff, we even made a website. This was 6 years ago. But as we both grew up we started to talk about other stuff, like weed, music, chicks, politics...pretty much anything. Giving each other advice, on ICQ or email, sharing stories and stuff. Last december he came to my city to try out for a college and we finally met. And hes just as cool as i thought he was going to be.

Even though i have only met him once, i consider him a very good friend. We still talk, actually we're talking right now. We mostly talk about politics, dope and chicks.

Another story is i started to chat with this girl on IRC but we had such an intense conversation that the next day i got her phone number and we would talk for 3 hours on the phone, and i goddamn hate talking on the phone, it was incredable. So in the same week we met but she wasnt like i expected her to be so i sorta lost interrest, not that she was not pretty or anything, i guess i liked her better when i didnt know who she was....

And next year im planning a trip over to US, not sure yet. But if i do i want to meet the most people from theses boards i can, so if you live in OH/MO/KS i'll let you know....
