I'm in alright shape, I wrestled for four years and stuff. I lost a lot of weight because of that mono. Which is no good cause I'm like 6'0 and 180 to begin with.

Im not that tall, so i look pretty chubby........not fat im just not tall 5,6 and im 16 i weigh about 11 stone

I'm 5'8/170 with pretty low body fat(have abs) and have been lifting for about 3 years now. There is nothing better than busting your ass in the gym and then hitting the bong. Then I am hungry as hell and eat a lot so I can grow. I definetly think weed and lifting complement each other as long as you aren't too lazy to get in the gym Hell, even Arnold use to get high after his workouts.

I have the same measurements as you for the most part. I'm 5'8" at 165 lbs. I go to the gym 6 times a week for an hour each time. One day cardio then weights the next day. Just trying to stay healthy.

I could be in better shape, but I get by. I have muscle too, and my body has endured some difficult tasks. I have been thinking about increasing my daily exercise (which is currently very minimal). It's hard to go for a walk everyday with 2 feet of snow on the ground paired with below zero temperatures.

Maybe the dog and I will start a little walking regime and learn to enjoy the cold/snow together

I am far from "In shape" but i am not fat in fact i am way way way to skinny. Im about 6 ft tall and weigh no more than 135 lbs. Never exercise and rarly eat healthy. I'll worry about it later.
