i am also sure the main reason most people in this country care about this plant is the fact that our government does not approve of the free will of humans and therefore will punish us for doing something as benine and gentle as smoking marijuana.

I hate to do this but I have to say remember your parents are doing what they think is best or you. If you are living in their house it is their rules so who gives a damn whose money paid for it. Remember, all they probably know about marijuana is "everyone who smokes marijuana is either a vehicular killer or a non productive loser" thanks to our government officials who most likely don't and have not smoked so of course they are experts on how it affects people. Now on our side get a better way to hide it. I never had problems because my parents were not upset when I told them I was a smoker. But if you keep it cool and you do a better job of keeping things under wraps you won't have to worry about it. As for asking parents to give back whatever it is they found, forget it. If they were strict enough to confiscate it, I doubt they are holding onto your toys or stash just in case you ask for it back. Just my thoughts.

sit down with them, have a talk, only if you are confronted. Explain weed doesnt do anything to you, if you play sports and get good grades use those as examamples of weed harmlessness.

hey thanks for all the replies, my mom did take it. i'm not in trouble, she just talked to me about how she doesn't want it in her house and she thinks i shouldn't do it, she wasn't upset at all...but i'm not getting anything back lol...which is just a crappy wood pipe, meh i ordered a glass piece off ebay and it should be here tomorrow.
